Clinical Effect Of Self-prepared Ointment In The Treatment Of Liver And Kidney Yin Deficiency Vulva Hypopigmentation Diseases

Objective: The clinical efficacy of self-prepared ointment for the treatment of liver and kidney Yin deficiency,which provides the basis for the clinical medication of self-prepared ointment for the treatment of vulvar hypochromentation disease.Methods:selected by confirmed and conform to the standard of vulvar hypochromentation disease liver and kidney Yin deficiency type of 63 patients,the random number table method divided into experimental group(self-prepared ointment)31 cases and control group(triamcinolone acetonide)32 cases,treatment group off 1 case,the control group off 2cases,the final treatment group,a total of 30 cases,a total of 30 cases of the control group.The comprehensive efficacy,quantitative score of TCM syndrome and recurrence rate were recorded before and after 1,2 and 3 months of treatment.Results: The results of the two groups showed that the total effective rate of test group was 80.00%;the total effective rate of control group was 73.33%.No statistical analysis p> 0.05%.1.Yin pain,Yin itching comparison: two groups before and after treatment Yin itching,Yin pain integral no significant statistical difference(P> 0.05),3 months after treatment of two groups Yin itching,Yin pain points are lower than before treatment,1 month and 2 months control group points are more obvious,treatment 3 months experimental group changes more obvious than the same period,the above differences are statistical significance(P<0.05).2.Comparison of TCM syndrome score: there was no significant statistical difference between the two groups before treatment(P> 0.05),and the score of TCM syndrome in both groups decreased at 3 months after treatment compared with that before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).3.vulva skin integral comparison: two groups of skin elasticity before treatment,color and range integral no significant statistical difference(P> 0.05),the two groups of patients with skin elasticity treatment 3 months before treatment have obvious changes,and the experimental group each time node changes more obvious than the same period,the above differences have statistical significance(P <0.05).Skin color points in both groups decreased more significantly than before treatment(P <0.05),and the total skin color score in the experimental group 3 months after treatment was significantly lower compared with the control group(P <0.05).In both groups,the range of both groups at 1 month and 2 months did not change significantly compared with before treatment,the range of lesions after 3months decreased compared with before treatment,and the experimental group decreased more significantly than the control group.(P <0.05).Conclusion: Self-prepared ointment is effective in promoting skin tissue elasticity recovery and focal skin hypopigmentation,and it is better than the control group.Both groups could effectively reduce the TCM score of liver and kidney Yin deficiency type vulva hypopigmentation disease,and improve the symptoms of itching pain in vulva skin lesions.Triamcinolone acetonide had a faster short-term effect on improving Yin itching and Yin pain than the experimental group,and the long-term recurrence rate was higher,and the effect of the experimental group was more obvious on the maintenance treatment.
