| Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of internal and external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of hypopigmentation of vulva with liver and kidney Yin deficiency,analyze the curative effect under different treatment courses,evaluated the curative effect of internal and external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of diseases.Methods: Choicing in November 2017 to December 2018 in gansu province Chinese medicine hospital outpatient and inpatient ward,diagnosed and conform to the liver and kidney Yin deficiency type vulva pigment decreased sexual disease patient 70 cases,adopt the principle of random divided into treatment group(control group,two groups treatment group 35 cases internal and nourishing Yin and spot soup + decontamination spot itching party + external cha triamcinolone acetonide acetate ointment or testosterone propionate ointment;Treatment group: oral yangyin xiaoban decoction plus or minus after menstruation,1 dose daily,2 times in the morning and evening,take until menstruation next month;Vulva fumigation after the end of menstruation,1 dose per day,Wash Therapy every night for 30 minutes;After Wash Therapy and site bath with the pathological diagnosis of chronic simple vulva moss cha triamcinolone acetonide acetate ointment,accorded with vulvar sclerosing moss cha testosterone propionate ointment,2 times per day,gently massaged until absorption for postmenopausal women were consecutively with 21 days.Control group:Treatment in the same treatment group of(2)and(3).There weeks was one course of treatment.After three courses of treatment,the patients’ symptoms,signs and other changes were observed.Results:1.Skin lesion area score:There was no statistical difference between the two groups before treatment and the first course of treatment,indicated that there was no statistical difference between the two groups in the first course of treatment(P>0.05)and the second and third courses of treatment(P<0.05),indicated that the second and third courses of treatment could significantly improve the range of skin lesions.Comparison between groups: there was a significant difference between the two groups in the second and third courses(P<0.05),which was statistically significant.Therefore,internal and external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine was better than external treatment2.Vulva Pigment loss Points:There was no statistically significant difference in pre-treatment scores between the two groups compared with the first and second courses,but there was statistically significant difference between the two groups compared with the third course.Comparison between groups: there was a difference between the two groups in the third course of treatment(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant,indicated that the efficacy of the treatment group in the third course of treatment was better than that of the control group.3.Vulva itch Pain score:Compared with the first,second and third treatment courses,both groups had statistical significance before treatment,and it was concluded that both groups could improve the symptoms of vulva itching and pain in the first,second and third treatment courses,and the symptoms of vulva itching and pain had been effective in the recent treatment.Comparison between groups: there were significant differences between groups of different treatment courses(P<0.05),indicated that the treatment group was significantly better than the control group in improving vulva itching and pain.4.Syndrome score of Chinese medicine:Compared with the first,second and third courses before treatment,both groups had statistical significance,and it can be concluded that both groups can significantly improve the secondary symptoms of TCM in different courses.Comparison between groups: there were significant differences between groups with different courses of treatment(P<0.05),with statistical significance,indicating that internal and external combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine was better than external treatment in improving TCM subtypes of this disease.5.Comparison of local signs score:There was no statistical difference between the two groups before treatment and the first course,but the difference was statistically significant compared with the second and third courses,indicating that the physical signs could be significantly improved after the second and third courses.Comparison between groups: there was a statistical difference between the two groups in the second and third courses(P<0.05),indicating that internal and external combined therapy was better than external therapy in improving physical signs.6.Comparison of symptom scores:There was no statistically significant difference between the first course of treatment and that before treatment,and there was statistically significant difference between the second and third courses of treatment(P<0.05).Comparison between groups: there were statistically significant differences between the two groups in the second and third courses(P<0.05),indicated that the treatment group was superior to the control group.7.Comparison of TCM syndrome points:The scores of TCM syndromes in the second and third courses of treatment in the two groups were significantly different from those before treatment in this group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Therefore,the treatment of this disease requires the establishment of long-term treatment confidence.Comparison between groups: the differences between the two groups in the second and third courses were statistically significant(P<0.05),indicated that the internal and external combined treatment of TCM was superior to the external treatment.8.Comparison of Comprehensive Effects:Through this study,it was found that the treatment group was cured in 4 cases,with recovery rate of 12%,significant effect in 10 cases,significant efficiency of 30%,effective in 18 cases,effective rate of 51.2%,ineffective in 2 cases,ineffective rate of 6.8%,and total effective rate of 93.2%.In the control group,1 case was cured,the recovery rate was 2.86%,10 cases were effective,28.6% was effective,14 cases were effective,40% was effective,10 cases were ineffective,28.5% was ineffective,and the total effective rate was 71.5%.There were statistical differences between the two groups.It indicated that the combined treatment with traditional Chinese medicine had a significant comPrehensive effect on vulva hyPochromic diseases,which can improve the degree of vulva itching and Pain and the syndrome of liver-kidney Yin deficiency,to restore or significantly deepen the external Pigment and narrow the scope of vulva skin lesions.Therefore,it is suitable for clinical reference and Promotion.Conclusion: The clinical curative effect of internal and external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine on hypopigmentation of vulva with liver and kidney Yin deficiency is remarkable,which can effectively improve the symptoms and signs of patients.Traditional Chinese medicine internal and external combined treatment for the clinical application of this disease is effective and safe,no obvious adverse reactions,suitable for clinical popularization and application. |
