Investigation And Analysis Of Five-State Personality In Patients With Rosacea

Objective: Through the investigation and research of the five-state personality and quality of life of traditional Chinese medicine patients with rose acne,the distribution of the five-state personality and skin lesion of traditional Chinese medicine,the type and quality of life characteristics of rose acne patients are clarified.The five-state personality scale of traditional Chinese medicine characteristics are used to evaluate rose acne patients.From the amount of yin and yang content,it reflects the relationship between personality and skin lesion distribution,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome type and quality of life,in order to open up a new idea for establishing a traditional Chinese medicine psychological evaluation system and psychological intervention in advance.Methods :The current situation investigation method is used to estimate the sample content,and the simple sampling method is used to collect information about qualified cases.Associate Professor Luo Xiaojun,a graduate tutor,will diagnose the patient.Under the guidance of the investigator,the patient self-assessed the five-state personality scale and quality of life scale of traditional Chinese medicine.Under the guidance of the supervisor,the investigator analyzed the distribution characteristics of the patient’s skin lesions and the syndrome type of traditional Chinese medicine.Results :(1)General information: Among the 112 patients with rosette acne,there were 16(14.3%)males and96(85.7%)females with a sex ratio of 1:6.The number of women suffering from rosette acne was higher than that of men.(2)In all patients,102 patients had skin lesions in the nose,accounting for the highest proportion(91.1%),followed by 93 patients in the cheeks,accounting for 83.0%.(3)Syndrome type distribution of rose acne patients: After TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment,liver depression and blood heat syndrome was the most common,accounting for 67.9%.(4)Five-state personality distribution: Among 112 patients,the sun personality was the most.(5)Distribution characteristics of five states of personality among different syndrome types in patients with rose acne: sun is more common in liver depression and blood heat syndrome,Taiyin is more common in lung wind-heat syndrome,personality distribution of all states is more uniform in spleen and stomach dampness-heat syndrome,and there are only people with Shaoyin in phlegm-stasis interformation syndrome.Chi-square test showed significant differences in the distribution of five-state personality among different syndrome types(χ2=20.731,P=0.019).(6)Evaluation of the quality of life of patients with different TCM five-state personality: there was statistical significance in the quality of life score of patients with different TCM five-state personality(P=0.022).Patients with a sun personality had a worse quality of life than those with other personalities.Conclusion :The majority of patients with rose acne are female.In terms of syndrome type,liver depression and blood heat accounted for the largest proportion.In the aspect of the five state personality of TCM,the proportion of Sun people is the highest.The personality distribution of different syndrome types was different,among which the proportion of sun people in liver depression and blood heat syndrome was the highest.There are differences in DLQI scores among different five state personalities,among which the Sun people score the highest and the life quality is the worst.
