| Objective: to observe the clinical efficacy of purslane lotion combined with conventional treatment of Uyghur medicine in the treatment of salty Belgham type subacute eczema, observing the shape, area, pruritus and severity of skin lesions,to evaluate and discuss its effectiveness and safety in clinical work, and provide clinical basis for the application of this treatment. Methods: Eighty patients who met the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups, namely the observation group(40 cases)and the control group(40 cases);Observation group:salty Belgham type medicine soup,Tufuling Hezi Cream,Dijincao tablets, oral;purslane lotion and Rose oil for external use;Control group: Oral medications were the same as in the observation group,Rose oil for external use. After 21 ± 3 days of treatment in both groups, the shape and area of skin lesions, severity score of skin lesions(EASI),pruritus score(VAS),serum eosinophil percentage(EOS),quality of life score(DLQI)and other indicators were observed and recorded before and after treatment in both groups, and the general conditions, various scores, test indicators and safety indicators of the two groups were evaluated and statistically analyzed. Results: In this study,a total of 3 cases were shed in the two groups, and 77 cases were effectively completed. There were 39 cases in the control group and 38 cases in the observation group. There was no significant difference in general data such as gender, age, and course of disease between the control group and the observation group prior to treatment(P>0.05).1)21 ± 3 days after the treatment, the total effective rate in the control group was 84.60%,with a significant efficacy component ratio of 17.90%,while the total effective rate in the observation group was 94.70%,with a significant efficacy component ratio of 42.10%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).2)Comparison of EASI scores between the two groups, intragroup comparison: EASI scores were reduced to varying degrees in both groups, with significant differences before and after treatment(P<0.05);Inter group comparison: The decrease trend of EASI score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),indicating that the observation group was superior to the control group in improving the area and severity of skin lesions in patients.3)After treatment, the VAS scores in both groups were significantly lower than before treatment, and the improvement of pruritus symptoms in the observation group was better than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant.(P < 0.05).4)The DLQI score in both groups decreased significantly compared to before treatment(P<0.05),and the decrease in the observation group was more significant compared to the control group(P<0.05),indicating that the observation group was superior to the control group in improving the quality of life index.5)the serum EOS levels in both groups decreased(P<0.05),however,there was no statistically difference between the two groups after treatment(P=0.029>0.05).6)There was no difference in the detection of ALT,AST,and Cr between the two groups before and after the treatment(P>0.05);During the treatment period, one patient in the control group has suffered from diarrhea symptoms, while the other patients did not have significant adverse reactions. The treatment schemes in the two groups were safe and reliable. Conclusion: The efficacy of purslane lotion combined with conventional treatment of Uyghur medicine in the treatment of salty Belgham type subacute eczema was superior to that of conventional treatment of Uyghur medicine, and no significant relevant adverse reactions have been observed, which is worthy of clinical application. |
