Objective:To investigate the value of CD64 in the early diagnosis of intracranial infection after craniocerebral surgery.Methods:93 patients who met the inclusion exclusion criteria after neurosurgery in the First People’s Hospital of Lianyungang and the Second People’s Hospital of Lianyungang from January 2021 to August 2021 were selected.32 patients who developed intracranial infection were set as the infection group, and 61 patients who did not develop intracranial infection were set as the non-infected group. The patients underwent peripheral blood collection under aseptic operation according to the standard requirements, and the relevant indexes were tested after sampling, and the changes of body temperature and other vital signs were recorded regularly after the operation. The data were statistically analyzed by using SPSS software, receiver operating characteristic curve(ROC)was plotted and area under the curve(AUC)was calculated. Results:In the infection group,CD64,C-reactive protein(CRP)and white blood cell(WBC)counts were 3.56 ± 0.88,42.65 ± 19.36 mg/L and 12.78 ± 2.73 × 109/L,respectively,while in the non-infected group,CD64,CRP and WBC counts were 2.03± 0.53,8.85 ± 1.96 mg/L and 9.38 ± 1.68 × 109/L.The CD64,CRP and WBC counts in the infection group were higher than those in the non-infected group, and the differences were all statistically significant(P<0.01).the sensitivity and specificity of CD64,CRP and WBC counts were 84.38%and 86.89%,78.13%and 75.41%,75.00%and 67.21%,respectively,with AUC of 0.912,0.858 and 0.851,and When a combined diagnosis was taken,CD64 combined with CRP(sensitivity and specificity of 90.63%and 70.49%,respectively)performed better than CD64 combined with WBC(sensitivity and specificity of 87.50%and 65.57%,respectively)and CRP combined with WBC(sensitivity and specificity of 81.25%and 67.21%,respectively)in the early post-cranial intracranial infection. The performance was better in the early diagnosis of intracranial infection after cranial surgery. The highest sensitivity of 93.75%was achieved when all three were combined.Conclusion:CD64 has some clinical application value in the early diagnosis of intracranial infection after craniocerebral surgery, and is expected to be a novel biological index for the diagnosis of intracranial infection, which can improve the diagnostic efficacy when combined with WBC and CRP diagnosis.
