Observation On The Clinical Efficacy Of Jianpi Jiangzhi Powder In The Treatment Of Hyperlipidemia(Phlegm Stagnation Type)

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Jianpi Jiangzhi Powder in the treatment of hyperlipidemia(phlegm turbidity obstruction type),evaluate the efficacy and safety of Jianpi Jiangzhi Powder in improving systemic symptoms,blood lipids,hemorheology and BMI levels,so as to provide more basis for clinical treatment of hyperlipidemia.Methods:In this study,patients with hyperlipidemia(phlegm turbidity obstruction type)who were treated in the outpatient department of endocrinology of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2021 to January 2022 were taken as the research objects.According to the inclusion criteria,the number of cases was finally determined to be 62 cases.They were divided into control group and treatment group by random number table method,31 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with basic treatment,and the patients were given health education on hyperlipidemia.The patients were instructed to eat a low-fat diet during the treatment period,exercise appropriately,quit smoking and limit alcohol,maintain good living habits,pay attention to rest,and stabilize emotions.The control group was given conventional Chinese patent medicine Xuezhikang Capsules orally(Beijing Peking University Weixin Biotechnology Co.,Ltd.).The treatment group was treated with Jianpi Jiangzhi Powder(Huanglian 10 g,Banxia 15 g,Chenpi15g,Zhishi 10 g,Fuling 25 g,Baizhu 25 g,Zexie 20 g,Gancao 10g).After 12 weeks,the changes of TCM syndrome score,blood lipid index(TC,TG,LDL-C,HDL-C levels before and after treatment),BMI level and hemorheology index were observed.The relevant data were sorted out and statistically analyzed to evaluate the safety and efficacy of Jianpi Jiangzhi Powder.Results:A total of 60 cases completed the clinical observation test.Due to the inconvenience of treatment during the epidemic and the patient ’s active withdrawal,1 case fell off in the treatment group and 1 case fell off in the control group.According to statistical analysis,The results are as follows:1.there were significant differences between the two groups before and after treatment in improving TCM symptoms,indicating that both groups could effectively improve TCM symptoms.The total effective rate was86.7% in the treatment group and 73.3% in the control group.The difference was statistically significant,indicating that the treatment group was better in improving TCM symptoms.2.In terms of improving blood lipid levels,the blood lipid levels of the two groups of patients after treatment were lower than before(P<0.05),indicating that both groups of drugs can effectively improve the blood lipid levels of patients.Comparison between groups : After treatment,the four levels of blood lipids in the two groups were significantly different(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment group had better effect in improving blood lipid levels.3.In terms of improving hemorheology,the levels of whole blood high,medium and low shear viscosity and plasma viscosity in the two groups after taking medicine were significantly lower than those before taking medicine,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).Comparison between groups : There was a statistically significant difference in the level of hemorheology between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment group was more effective in improving the level of hemorheology.4.In terms of improving Body mass index(BMI),the BMI index of the two groups after treatment was significantly lower than that before treatment,and the difference was significant(P<0.05),indicating that both groups of drugs can effectively reduce the body mass of patients;comparison between groups : the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment group was better than the control group in improving the BMI of patients.5.In terms of safety,there were no obvious adverse reactions in the two groups during the treatment,indicating that the two groups of drugs were safe and reliable.Conclusion:1.Jianpi Jiangzhi Powder can improve the blood lipid,hemorheology and BMI levels of patients with hyperlipidemia and phlegm turbidity obstruction,and its curative effect is better than Xuezhikang Capsule;2.Jianpi Jiangzhi Powder can significantly reduce the TCM symptom score of patients and improve the TCM symptoms of patients;3.Jianpi Jiangzhi Powder has fewer adverse reactions and good clinical application safety.
