Objective: To observe the clinical effect of reducing turbidity and tiaozhi decoction on patients with internal obstruction syndrome of phlegm and turbidity with abnormal blood lipid. The decrease of arteriosclerosis index(AI)was detected by detecting the changes of serum lipids,TCM syndrome total score and individual symptom score before and after treatment. To discuss the effect of reducing turbidity and regulating lipid decoction on the improvement of dyslipidemia. Methods: 66 patients with internal obstruction syndrome of dyslipidemia and phlegm turbidity were selected and randomly divided into control group and treatment group,33 cases in each group. The course of treatment was 6 weeks. The control group received basic treatment(diet and exercise)combined with western medicine Lipitor 10 mg orally once a day.On the basis of control group, the treatment group was added with traditional Chinese medicine decoction to reduce turbidity and adjust fat decoction. The changes of TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C and Apo B before and after treatment were observed.According to the TCM symptoms of patients before and after treatment, the improvement of TCM symptoms, the improvement of blood lipid level and the decrease of AI in patients treated with integrated TCM and Western medicine and Lipitor were compared and analyzed.Results:1.1.Efficacy of blood lipid indicators: the total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.63% before and after treatment. The total effective rate of the control group before and after treatment was 83.87%,and the total effective rate of the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.01).The decrease of TC,LDL-C and Apo B was more significant than that of the control group after treatment(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in TG and HDL-C(P>0.05).2.Comparison of efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine: no cured patients were found in the two groups. The total effective rate was 96.87% by reducing turbidity and tiaozi decoction, while the total effective rate was74.19% in the control group.3.TCM single symptom score: the epigastric distention, vomiting sputum and salivation, chest and flank distention, head weight like wrapping(P<0.01)before and after treatment of the two groups of patients with main symptoms; The improvement of epigastric distention and head weight in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.01).The improvement of vomiting sputum and salivation, chest and flank distention in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Before and after treatment, patients in the two groups had poor appetite, weak mouth and no thirst, and belching(P<0.01).The treatment group had loose stools after treatment(P<0.01),and the control group had loose stools after treatment(P<0.05).The improvement in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.01),the improvement in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the improvement in diarrhea and belching was not significant in the treatment group(P>0.05).4.Decline in AI: there was no statistical significance in AI index(P>0.05)between 2 groups before treatment; After treatment, there was statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).In the treatment group, there were 12 cases of AI > 4 before treatment, and 12 cases of AI > 4decreased after treatment, all of which decreased to less than 4.In the control group, there were 10 cases of AI >4 before treatment, and 5 cases of AI > 4decreased after treatment.Conclusion:1.Turbidity lowering and fat regulating soup helps to improve the blood lipid level of patients with abnormal blood lipid and internal obstruction syndrome of phlegm and turbidity.2.Turbidity lowering and fat regulating soup helps to reduce TCM syndrome score and improve TCM symptoms of patients with abnormal blood lipid and internal obstruction syndrome of phlegm and turbidity.3.Turbidity lowering and fat regulating soup helps to reduce arteriosclerosis index of patients with internal obstruction syndrome of phlegm and turbidity with abnormal blood lipid. |
