Obj ective:Ob serve the clinical efficacy of treating cervical radiculopathy by needling the neck clip spinal acupoint and using cross-electroacupuncture connection, and explore a more convenient and effective treatment.method.Methods:Select 70 patients with cervical radiculopathy according to inclusion and exclusion criteria, all of whom are from the Six Acupuncture Department Outpatient Clinic of Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine Affiliated Second Hospital.According to the time and order of diagnosis and treatment of patients, patients who meet the diagnostic criteria are randomly divided into a treatment group(neck clip spinal crossover electroacupuncture)and a control group(conventional needling),with 35 cases in each group(including dropouts). Both groups receive routine treatment. The control group chooses acupoints including C3,C4,C6,C7,Tianzhu,Houxixue,Shenmai,and Xuanzhong and uses conventional needling;the treatment group and control group choose the same acupoints and use the cross-electroacupuncture connection method based on them. Both groups use sparse and dense waves once a day,30 minutes per session,5 days a week,2 days of rest in between, and 2 weeks as one course of treatment. Before and after treatment, the symptom and function scale for cervical radiculopathy(Total TanakaYasuku Score,TTYS),visual analogue scale(VAS),and Neck Disability Index(NDI)are used to evaluate and score the effectiveness of treatment, and the clinical efficacy of the two groups is compared. The obtained observation results are finally processed statistically using SPSS 26.0 software to draw conclusions. Results:Before treatment, there were no statistically significant differences(P>0.0 5)in age, disease duration, gender,TTYS scores,VAS scores, and NDI scores between the two groups of patients, indicating comparability and facilitating the research.Post-treatment TTYS scores:The TTYS scores of both groups increased compared to before treatment, and the treatment group had significantly higher scores than the control group(P<0.05),indicating better cervical symptom and functional improvement in the treatment group.Post-treatment V AS scores:The VAS scores of both groups decreased compared to before treatment, and the treatment group showed a significantly greater reduction than the control group(P<0.05),suggesting better pain relief in the treatment group.Post-treatment NDI scores:The NDI scores of both groups decreased compared to before treatment, and the treatment group showed a significantly greater reduction than the control group(P<0.05),indicating greater cervical function improvement in the treatment group. After treatment, the overall effectiveness rate of the control group was 7 8.1 3%,while the treatment group had an overall effectiveness rate of 93.94%.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the clinical efficacy of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group.Conclusion:1.Both the neck clip spinal acupoint cross-electroacupuncture group and the conventional needling treatment group can improve the pain symptoms of patients with cervical radiculopathy, and improve their quality of life and daily living abilities.2.The neck clip spinal acupoint cross-electroacupuncture group significantly reduces the degree of pain in patients and leads to greater improvement in symptoms of cervical radiculopathy.3.The neck clip spinal acupoint cross-electroacupuncture group showed superior clinical efficacy compared to the conventional needling group in treating cervical radiculopathy...
