Clinicalaffects Observation Of Chengqi Wendan Decoction In Treating Functionalabdominal Pain In Children With Syndrome Of Diet-Stagnation

Objective:Through the clinical observation of Chengqi Wendan Decoction in the treatment of functional abdominal pain in children(Syndrome of diet-stagnation),in order to clarify the efficacy and advantages of Chengqi Wendan Decoction in the treatment of functional abdominal pain in children(Syndrome of diet-stagnation),and to provide new treatment ideas for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of this disease.Methods:This study collected 72 children who were diagnosed with functional abdominal pain(Syndrome of diet-stagnation)from January 2022 to January 2023 in the pediatric clinic of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine.Randomized number table method was used to group 36 cases in the experimental group and 36 cases in the control group.The children in the experimental group were given oral treatment of "Chengqi Wendan Decoction" prepared by the tutor,and the children in the control group were given oral treatment of Baohe Granules.One week was a course of treatment,and one course of treatment was performed.the TCM syndrome score and overall curative effect of each group were recorded and counted.One month after the end of treatment,the two groups of children were followed up to analyze the recurrence.Results:1.Chi-square,rank sum and T-test showed no significant difference in gender,age and course of disease between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).2.Intra-group comparison:Before and after treatment,there were statistically significant differences in the scores of primary and secondary symptoms,and total scores between the two groups(P<0.05).3.Comparison between groups: After 1 week of treatment,the two groups were compared in the main symptoms(time,degree and frequency of abdominal pain),secondary symptoms(epigastric distension and pain,sticky stool,constipation),and total score,all of which had statistical differences(P<0.05).There was no statistical significance in the secondary symptoms(anorexia,nausea and vomiting,and belching acid)(P>0.05).4.Total effective rate: The total effective rate of experimental group and control group were 88.24% and 68.57%,respectively.There was a statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05).5.Comparison of recurrence rate: The recurrence rate of the experimental group was 25.00%,and that of the control group was 50.00%.By Fisher’s exact test,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusions:1.Chengqi Wendan Decoction can effectively improve the main symptoms(degree,frequency and duration of abdominal pain)and secondary symptoms(epigastric distension and pain,sticky stool and constipation)of children with functional abdominal pain(Syndrome of diet-stagnation),which is better than Baohe Granules;And in the improvement of secondary disease(anorexia,nausea and vomiting,belching acid),the efficacy of the two groups is equivalent.2.Chengqi Wendan Decoction is better than Baohe Granules in the treatment of functional abdominal pain in children(Syndrome of diet-stagnation),which is worth popularizing in clinic.
