Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Children With Functional Abdominal Pain With Milk Food Stagnation Syndrome By Auricular Acupoint Pressing With Beans

ObjectivesThe study is to observe the clinical effect of auricular acupoint pressing on children with functional abdominal pain and milk stagnation syndrome.MethodsAccording to the randomized,parallel,and control principles,90 children who met the criteria were divided into 3 groups,namely,treatment group 1,treatment group 2,and control group,30 cases per group.Treatment group 1 was given Chinese herbal medicine Xiangsha Pingwei Powder formula granules combined with ear acupoints.Treatment2 groups were treated with auricular acupoints,and the control group was only treated with Chinese herbal medicine Xiangsha Pingwei Powder formula.Each group was treated for4 courses,each for 4 days.At the end of the treatment,the symptoms and signs of the three groups before,after and after the treatment were observed and recorded.ResultsThe therapeutic effect of treatment group 1,treatment group 2 and control group was statistically analyzed.In the treatment group 1,the cure rate was66.7%,the explicit efficiency was 23.3%,the effective rate was 6.7%,and the total effective rate was 96.7%.In the treatment group 2,the cure rate was43.3%,the explicit efficiency was 6.7%,the effective rate was 33.3%,and the total effective rate was 83.3%.In the control group,the cure rate was40.0%,the explicit efficiency was 13.3%,the effective rate was 33.3%,and the total effective rate was 86.7%.The efficacy of treatment group 1 was significantly better than that of treatment group 2 and the control group.There was no significant difference between the treatment group 2 and the control group(P>0.05).In the comparison between the three groups of main symptom scores,the treatment group 1 was better than that of the treatment group 2 and the control group.There were no significant differences between the three groups of single-segment scores,the abdominal distension,the anti-milk,the phlegm,the vomiting,and the stool.The treatment group 1 was better than the treatment group 2 and the control group in improving sleep.Conclusions1.Auricular pressing beans combined with Xiangsha Pingwei Powder formula are effective in treating children with functional abdominal pain and dairy food stagnation syndrome,especially in improving abdominal pain and sleep.The cure rate and long-term curative effect are obviously better than simple use of traditional Chinese medicine.The cure rate and long-term curative effect are obviously better than the simple treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and the treatment of auricular acupuncture alone.2.The effect of using auricular acupoints to treat children with functional abdominal pain and milk food stagnation syndrome is equivalent to that of traditional Chinese medicine alone,indicating that the acupoint pressing beans are effective and worthy of further application.
