The Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Children’s Functional Constipation (Qi Stagnation Type) With Chaizhu Wendan Decoction Combined With Mi Jian Dao Suppository

Objective:Through the clinical observation of Chaizhu Wendan Decoction combined with Mi Jian Dao Suppository in treating children’s functional constipation(Qi stagnation type),the curative effect and advantages of Chaizhu Wendan Decoction in treating children’s functional constipation were explored and discussed,so as to provide more extensive diagnosis and therapy ideas for the treatment of children’s functional constipation.Methods:90 children were randomly divided into control group,experimental group A and experimental group B,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given Simo Decoction oral liquid,the experimental group A was given Chaizhu Wendan Decoction,and the experimental group B was given Chaizhu Wendan Decoction combined with Mi Jian Dao Suppository for external use.After continuous treatment for 2 weeks,the constipation symptom score,TCM syndrome score and overall curative effect of each group of children were recorded and counted.After 4 weeks of treatment,the effective children were followed up to record their recurrence.SPSS25.0 software was used to analyze the data.Results:1.Total curative effect analysis: After 2 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of the control group was 70.37%,that of the experimental group A was 85.19%,and that of the experimental group B was 92.86%.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Multiple comparisons between groups showed that there were significant differences between the experimental group A and the control group,between the experimental group B and the control group,and the between experimental group A and the experimental group B(P<0.05),indicating that both the experimental group A and the experimental group B were superior to the control group,and the curative effect of the experimental group B was better than that of the experimental group A.2.TCM syndrome analysis: the major symptoms,minor symptoms and total syndrome scores of the three groups of children showed a downward trend before and after treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,multiple comparisons among groups showed that the experimental group A was superior to the control group,the experimental group B was superior to the control group,and the experimental group B was superior to the experimental group A,all of which had statistical significance(P<0.05).3.Analysis of constipation symptoms: before and after treatment,all items and total scores of constipation symptoms in the three groups showed a downward trend(P<0.05).After treatment,multiple comparisons among groups showed that the experimental group A was superior to the control group,the experimental group B was superior to the control group,and the experimental group B was superior to the experimental group A,all of which had statistical significance(P<0.05).4.Analysis of recurrence: the recurrence rate of the control group was36.84%,that of the experimental group A was 4.35%,and that of the experimental group B was 3.85%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),which indicated that the three groups of treatment schemes had different degrees of long-term efficacy.Multiple comparisons between groups showed that there were statistical differences between the experimental group A and the control group,and between the experimental group B and the control group(P<0.05),but there was no statistical difference between the experimental group B and the experimental group A(P<0.05),indicating that the long-term curative effect between the experimental group A and the experimental group B was similar,but both of them were better than the control group.Conclusion:1.Chaizhu Wendan Decoction combined with Mi Jian Dao Suppository and Chaizhu Wendan Decoction are effective in treating infantile FC(Qi stagnation type).2.Chaizhu Wendan Decoction alone or combined with Mi Jian Dao Suppository is superior to Simo Decoction oral liquid in improving TCM syndrome and constipation symptoms of children FC(Qi stagnation type),and Chaizhu Wendan Decoction combined with Mi Jian Dao Suppository has the best improvement range.3.In terms of reducing the recurrence rate of this disease,Chaizhu Wendan Decoction combined with Mi Jian Dao Suppository has the same effect as Chaizhu Wendan Decoction alone,and both of them are superior to Simo Decoction oral liquid.
