| Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of floating needle therapy combined with traction and alignment needle therapy in the treatment of idiopathic facial nerve palsy, and to evaluate the effect of adding floating needle therapy on the recovery of facial function on the basis of traction and alignment needle therapy,so as to prove that the efficacy of floating needle therapy combined with traction and alignment needle therapy in the treatment of idiopathic facial nerve palsy is better than that of conventional acupuncture in the treatment of idiopathic facial nerve palsy, and to provide a new point selection idea and more effective treatment method for acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of idiopathic facial nerve palsy.Methods:66 patients with idiopathic facial nerve palsy who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group, with 33 patients in each group. The control group was treated with conventional acupuncture once a day,six times a week, and seven days as a course of treatment. The treatment group was treated with traction needle acupuncture once a day,six times a week, and simultaneously with floating needle therapy, once every other day, three times a week. When acupuncture and floating needle therapy were performed simultaneously on the same day, acupuncture treatment was performed first, and after the end of the treatment,a rest of 30 minutes was followed by floating needle therapy.A course of treatment lasted for 7 days. The condition was evaluated and recorded before and after 4 weeks of treatment using the House Brackmann Facial Nerve Function Rating Scale, the Toronto Facial Nerve Rating Scale, the Facial Nerve Function Index(FN-FI),and blink reflex indicators. To determine the clinical efficacy of floating needle therapy combined with traction needle therapy in the treatment of idiopathic facial nerve palsy through statistical analysis.Results:1.According to the grading of the two sets of House Brackman evaluation scales, the comparison of H-B grading before and after treatment in the treatment group showed that the results after treatment were lower than before treatment, with a statistical difference(p<0.05).The comparison of H-B grading before and after treatment in the control group showed that the results after treatment were lower than those before treatment, with a statistical difference(p<0.05).After treatment, the comparison between H-B grading groups showed that the results of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group, with a statistical difference(p<0.05)2.After 4 weeks of treatment, the total score of the Toronto facial nerve assessment scale in both groups was significantly higher than that before treatment(p<0.05),and the degree of improvement in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group, with a statistically significant difference(p<0.05);3.According to the comparison of the evaluation scores of the two groups’ neurological function index(FN-FI)before and after treatment, the total effective rate in the treatment group was 96.4%,while the total effective rate in the control group was 80.0%.The therapeutic effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group, with a statistical difference(p<0.05);4.After 4 weeks of treatment, the blink reflex examination results of the two groups showed that the latency duration and amplitude of R1 and R2 were shorter and higher than those before treatment, with a statistically significant difference(p<0.05).Moreover,the latency duration and amplitude increase height of R1 and R2 in the treatment group were better than those in the control group, with a statistically significant difference(p<0.05).Conclusion:1.Both the floating needle therapy combined with the traction acupuncture method and the conventional acupuncture treatment can improve the facial nerve function index, improve the facial nerve function score of patients with idiopathic facial nerve paralysis, and improve the clinical symptoms of patients.2.The overall curative effect of floating acupuncture combined with traction acupuncture on idiopathic facial nerve paralysis is more significant, which is more effective than conventional acupuncture in improving facial nerve function and clinical symptoms, and has high clinical application value. |
