Objective:Observe the clinical curative effect of facial nerve palsy three-needle Cooperate connecting and regulating Ren Du acupuncture to treat peripheral facial paralysis after one course of treatment and one month after treatment, compare the efficacy with conventional acupuncture, and discuss its treatment according to traditional Chinese medicine theory, the mechanism provides a new idea and theoretical basis for acupuncture treatment of peripheral facial paralysis. Methods:According to the inclusion criteria,sixty-one patients with acute peripheral facial paralysis attending the acupuncture and moxibustion clinic of Shenzhen City Hospital were randomly divided into two groups.Among them, the study group(30 cases)was treated with facial nerve palsy three-needle Cooperate connecting and regulating Ren Du acupuncture, and the control group(31 patients)was used conventional acupuncture treatment. After communicating with the patient and signing the informed consent form, the patient is treated 6 days a week(once a day)and rests for 1 day.The needle20 times is a course of treatment. The treatment period for both groups is one month,if the patient is cured within one month treatment. The clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients was evaluated and recorded using the HB grading scale and the facial nerve function evaluation score table before treatment, after one course of treatment, and one month after treatment.SPSS19.0 statistical software was used to analyze the data, and the safety of the two acupuncture methods was observed.Results:1.Before treatment, the two groups of patients were compared in terms of gender, age, location of diseased side, grading of HB scale, mean score of facial nerve function evaluation score table, etc, and the differences were not statistically significant(p>0.05).The group’s baseline levels are basically the same and comparable.2.After a course of acupuncture treatment for peripheral facial paralysis, the average scores of the facial nerve function evaluation scores of the two groups were compared with those before treatment,P<0.01,indicating that there was a significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment. The average scores of facial nerve function evaluation scores of two groups of patients after a course of acupuncture treatment were compared between groups,P<0.01,indicating that there was a significant difference in efficacy between the two groups after one course of treatment. After a course of acupuncture treatment for peripheral facial paralysis, the H-B grading in both groups was compared with that before treatment,P<0.01,indicating that there was a significant difference between the two groups in the H-B grading before treatment and after one course of treatment. The difference in H-B scores after a course of acupuncture between the two groups was compared between the two groups,P<0.01,indicating that there was a significant difference in efficacy between the two groups after one course of treatment.3.After one month of acupuncture treatment for peripheral facial paralysis, the mean scores of facial nerve function evaluation scores in both groups were compared with those before treatment,P<0.01,indicating that there was a significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment. The mean scores of facial nerve function evaluation scores for the two groups of patients after one month of acupuncture treatment were compared between groups,P<0.01,indicating that there was a significant difference in efficacy between the two groups after one month of treatment. After one month of acupuncture treatment for peripheral facial paralysis, the H-B grading in both groups was compared with that before treatment,P<0.01,indicating that there was a significant difference between the two groups in the H-B grading before treatment and one month after treatment. The H-B grading after one month of acupuncture in both groups was compared between groups,P<0.01,indicating that there was a significant difference in efficacy between the two groups after one month of treatment.4.The total effective rate of the two groups of patients after a course of acupuncture treatment was P<0.01,indicating a significant difference in the total effective rate of the two groups after one course of acupuncture treatment;one month after the acupuncture treatment for the two groups of patients, the total effective rate,P<0.01,showed that there was a significant difference in the total effective rate of the two groups after one month of acupuncture treatment.5.After one month of acupuncture treatment in both groups, the cure rate of the two groups was compared,P<0.01,indicating that there was a significant difference in the cure rate between the two groups. In patients who recovered within one month after acupuncture treatment, the average number of treatment times in the two groups was P<0.01,indicating that there was a significant difference between the two groups in the average number of treatments.6.During the entire course of treatment, there was no obvious adverse reaction in the two groups of patients, and the safety level was grade 1.ConclusionThrough the above studies,we believe that both acupuncture methods can effectively treat peripheral facial paralysis and improve the patient’s clinical symptoms.Among them,Jin’s three-needle technique(facial nerve palsy three-needle)and connecting and regulating Ren Du acupuncture treatment of peripheral facial paralysis is effective, and its clinical efficacy is more significant than conventional acupuncture treatment. After one month of treatment, the cure rate of the patient is significantly higher than the conventional acupuncture method,And can effectively shorten the course of treatment, reduce the number of treatment,to prevent the occurrence of sequelae,The possible mechanism is: facial nerve palsy three-needle and connecting and regulating Ren Du acupuncture method can not only improve the blood circulation of the affected side of the lesion, but also by regulating the Ren meridian and Du meridian, thereby improving the body’s overall function, regulating the function of the spleen and stomach, improve sleep Quality, smooth emotions, give full play to Ren Du two meridians invigorating style, tonic deficiency, benefit temperature and yang, tonic essence,to reconcile yin and yang, brain and soothe the nerves. The needle acupuncture method combines the improvement of local circulation with the regulation of theoverall functional status of the body, makes up for the deficiency of the simple local acupuncture treatment, makes up for weaknesses, cures the disease, has a definite curative effect,is green and safe, simple and easy to operate, and develops clinical treatment around The new ideas of sexual encounters are worthy of clinical use.
