Clinical Observation Of Autoimplantation Combined With Huaiqihuang Granules With In The Treatment Of Verruca Vulgaris

Objective:This study selected patients with common warts as the observation object to observe the clinical efficacy of autoimplantation combined with Huaiqihuang granules in the treatment of common warts,explore the effectiveness and safety of autoimplantation combined with Huaiqihuang granules in the treatment of common warts,and provide new treatment plans and strategies for clinical treatment of common warts.Method:Sixty outpatient patients who met the inclusion criteria were selected and randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,with 30 patients in each group.The treatment group was treated with autoimplantation combined with Huaiqi Huang granules,while the control group was treated with autoimplantation for a total of 8 weeks.Follow up should be conducted every 2 weeks after the start of treatment,with a continuous follow-up of 12 weeks.Observation indicators should be recorded: the time when the wart body begins to subside,the time when the wart body completely subsides,the number of warts,local pain,and local itching symptoms.The disappearance of skin lesions in the two groups should be analyzed,and the changes in symptoms in the two groups should be evaluated according to the scoring table to evaluate their efficacy.Result:1.Clinical efficacy:After the treatment,the recovery rate of the autoimplantation combined with Huaiqihuang granules was 55.17%and the overall effective rate was 86.21%,while the recovery rate of the autoimplantation combined with the control group was 33.3%and the overall effective rate was 66.67%.The recovery rate and the overall effective rate of the treatment group were superior to the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05).2.Comparison within the group:After the treatment,compared with before treatment,after treatment,the number of warts,local pain,local pruritus sign score and total symptom scores in the two groups were significantly reduced compared with before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),suggesting that the two groups of treatment have significant effect.3,Comparison between the groups:Compared with the control group,the treatment group after treatment in the control group began to fade time earlier,the warts completely fade time is shorter,in the number of warts,local pain,local itching sign score and total symptom scoreswas significantly reduced than the control group,the difference has statistical significance(P<0.05),suggesting that the therapeutic effect of the treatment group is better than the control group.Conclusion:1.The overall efficacy of the combination of autoimplantation and Huaiqihuang granules in the treatment of common warts is better than that of the group treated solely with autoimplantation.2.The combination of autoimplantation and Huaiqi Huang granules in the treatment of common warts is significantly better than the use of autoimplantation alone in shortening the course of disease and improving the onset speed.Compared with the control group,it also significantly reduces the number of warts,improves pain and itching related symptoms;Improving the quality of life of patients is safe and feasible in clinical application,and this treatment method is worthy of clinical application and research exploration.
