Based On The Objective Study Of The Real Woeld,the Clinical Efficacy Of Chaihu Shugan Powder In The Treatment Of Pulmonary Nodules(Liver Depression And Qi Stagnation Syndrome) And Its Influence On Patient’ Emotions Were Observed

Objective:Based on the objective study of the real world,the clinical efficacy of modified Chaihu Shugan powder in the treatment of pulmonary nodules(liver depression and qi stagnation syndrome)and its influence on patients’emotions were observed.The efficacy and dominant positions of traditional Chinese medicine in the remedy of pulmonary nodules were discussed,and the basis for improving the efficacy of this disease and improving the quality of life of patients was provided.Methods:The patients with pulmonary nodules(liver depression and qi stagnation syndrome)aged 18-75 years old in the respiratory outpatient department were selected as the research objects,and 89 patients who met the diagnostic criteria of pulmonary nodules were included in this study.According to the actual situation of the patients,the patients were divided into treatment group and control group.Finally,59 cases were included in the treatment group and 30 cases in the control group.The treatment group was provided oral Chaihu Shugan Powder,and the control group was followed up according to the recommendations of the guidelines.By comparing the observation of the two groups of patients and the CT results before and after treatment,that is,the change of nodule size,the score of TCM syndrome and the score of emotional scale,the dicrepancy between the two groups was compared and analyzed,so as to explain the efficacy of oral Chaihu Shugan Powder in the treatment of pulmonary nodules(liver depression and qi stagnation syndrome),and to reflect the advantages of TCM in improving patients’ physique,alleviating systemic symptoms,inhibiting nodule growth and improving patients’emotions.Results:1.Analysis of changes in the size of pulmonary nodules:the paired sample t-test was performed on the maximum diameter of pulmonary nodules before and after treatment in the two groups.The control group P>0.05,the difference was not statistically significant.The treatment group P<0.05,with statistical difference,indicating that the treatment method used in the treatment group can improve symptoms.The comparison between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment group was better than the control group.2.Efficacy analysis of TCM syndromes:The TCM syndrome scores of pulmonary nodules before and after treatment in the treatment group and the control group were all decreased.After treatment,the effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Efficacy analysis of 9-item health questionnaire:The questionnaire scores of the two groups decreased,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant.(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment effects of the two groups were different,and the treatment group was better than the control group.Conclusion:1.Chaihu Shugan Powder is an effective method for the treatment of pulmonary nodules(liver depression and qi stagnation syndrome),which can efficaciously ameliorate the clinical symptoms,TCM syndromes and emotional state of patients with pulmonary nodules(liver depression and qi stagnation syndrome),and has a certain effect in reducing nodules.2.This study clarifies the efficacy and dominant positions of traditional Chinese medicine in the remedy of pulmonary nodules,and provides a basis for improving the efficacy of this disease and improving the quality of life of patients.
