| Objective In this study,the clinical symptoms,quality of life scores and gastric hormones of patients with functional dyspepsia（Functional Dyspepsia,FD）with liver and stomach discordance were observed by Jiawei Chaihu Shugan Powder and western medicine to evaluate the effect of Jiawei Chaihu Shugan San on the effect of Clinical efficacy in patients with FD.Method A total of 60 FD patients who met the requirements of this study were selected and randomly divided into a treatment group of 30 and a control group of 30.The treatment group was given 4 weeks of Jiawei Chaihu Shugan Powder,200ml at a time,twice a day;the control group was given 4 weeks of mosapride citrate tablets,5mg at a time,three times a day.The clinical efficacy was evaluated by the changes of clinical symptoms,quality of life,gastrin,etc.of patients before and after treatment.Result 1.The total clinical effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 90.00%and 76.67%,respectively,and the effective rates were different between the two groups（P<0.05）.The curative effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group2.In both group,the total scores of TCM symptoms were obviously decreased after treatment,there was a statistical difference between after treatment and before treatment（P<0.05）.And the improvement in the treatment group was better than that in the control group（P<0.05）.3.All TCM symptoms in both group were improved after treatment,and the symptom improvement was statistically significant（P<0.05）.And the treatment group was better than the control group（P<0.05）.4.Gastrin in both group after treatment was higher than that before treatment,and the increase in gastrin was statistically significant（P<0.05）;and the treatment group was better than the control group（P<0.05）.5.In both group,the quality of life scores reduce after treatment,and the scores improved obviously（P<0.05）;And the improvement in the treatment group was statistically significant compared with the control group（P<0.05）.6.Follow-up after treatment showed that 8 of the 22 patients in the control group relapsed,with a recurrence rate of 36.36%;3 of the 27 patients in the treatment group relapsed,with a recurrence rate of 11.11%.There was a difference in the recurrence rate between the two groups after statistical analysis.Conclusion Jiawei Chaihu Shugan Powder can effectively improve epigastric pain,chest and flank pain,belching,upset,sighing and other symptoms in patients with functional dyspepsia of liver and stomach discordance,and can also effectively improve serum gastric hormones,quality of life,and recurrence rate lower. |
