A Real World Study Based On The Clinical Efficacy Of Adjusted Chaihu Jia Longgu Muli Decoction In The Treatment Of Isolated Pulmonary Nodules With Syndrome Of Liver Depression Transforming Into Fire

Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy and mechanism of action of Adjusted Chaihu Jia Longgu Muli Decoction on the treatment of pulmonary nodules by observing the effect of Adjusted Chaihu Jia Longgu Muli Decoction on the maximum diameter of pulmonary nodules,the clinical evidence of Chinese medicine and the state of anxiety,and finally to provide more reference basis for the diagnosis and treatment of isolated pulmonary nodules by Chinese medicine.Methods:Sixty-two patients who met the criteria of nadir were collected,and were divided into 35 cases in the treatment group and 27 cases in the control group by applying the method of real-world objective study.The treatment group was treated with Adjusted Chaihu Jia Longgu Muli Decoction,and the control group was treated with psychological diversion.The treatment period was three months,and statistical analysis was applied at the end of the treatment period to compare the changes in the TCM evidence score,the maximum diameter of pulmonary nodules shown in the lung CT report,and the anxiety scale between the two groups.Preliminarily,the clinical efficacy and mechanism of action of Adjusted Chaihu Jia Longgu Muli Decoction in the treatment of isolated pulmonary nodules with syndrome of liver depression transforming into fire were investigated.Results:1.In this study,45 female patients(71.43%)and 17 male patients(28.57%)were collected with pulmonary nodules.The number of smokers was 39 and the number of non-smokers was 23.There were 4 cases of young patients,26 cases of middle-aged patients,29 cases of young elderly and 3 cases of elderly patients.2.The single symptom and sign scores of the TCM syndrome score of the patients in the treatment group were compared before and after treatment,and there was a statistical difference(P<0.05).In the control group,the scores of symptoms and signs of upset and irritable,constipation,and poor appetite were statistically significant(P<0.05),but other symptoms and signs were not statistically different(P>0.05).In the comparison between the two groups after treatment,there was no statistical difference in the symptoms and signs of "distending pain in hypochondrium" and "dysphoria in chestpalms-soles"(P>0.05),but the other individual signs and symptoms were statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Treatment group There was a statistical difference in the total TCM syndrome score before and after treatment(P<0.05);there was a statistical difference in the total TCM syndrome score after treatment between the two groups(P<0.05).4.The maximum diameter of lung nodules under CT between the two groups before and after treatment was statistically different in the treatment group(P<0.05);there was no statistical difference in the control group(P>0.05);when comparing the two groups,there was a statistical difference(P<0.05).5.The statistical results of the comparison of anxiety scores between the two groups were different before and after treatment in the control group and before and after treatment in the treatment group(P<0.05).The results were statistically different between the treatment group and the control group after treatment(P<0.05).6.Comparison of the clinical efficacy evaluation of the two groups before and after treatment,the effective rate of the control group was 22.22%and the effective rate of the treatment group was 51.42%,and the comparison results were statistically significant(P<0.05).7.Comparing the results of the evaluation of the efficacy of Chinese medical evidence between the two groups,the effective rate of the treatment group was 88.57%,and the effective rate of the control group was 37.04%after treatment,and the results of the comparison between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Adjusted Chaihu Jia Longgu Muli Decoction can treat the TCM clinical symptoms and signs in patients with isolated pulmonary nodules with syndrome of liver depression transforming into fire.2.Adjusted Chaihu Jia Longgu Muli Decoction can change the maximum diameter size of pulmonary nodules in patients with pulmonary nodules,as well as improve the patients’ anxiety status and enhance their quality of life.3.No adverse reactions were observed in the treatment of patients with pulmonary nodules with syndrome of liver depression transforming into fire with Adjusted Chaihu Jia Longgu Muli Decoction.
