Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Abnormal Emotion In Perimenopause Syndrome By Chaihu Jia Longgu Muli Decoction

Objective:In this study,Chaihu Jia Longgu Muli Decoction were used to treat perimenopausal syndrome,especially for abnormal emotion in Perimenopaue,so as to explore the effective and safe treatment and provide a theoretical basis for abnormal emotion in Perimenopaue.Method:The Fifty patients who were diagnosed as perimenopausal sydrome with abnormal emotion need to fill in KIM form,HAMA form and HAMD form,patients took Chaihu Jia Longgu Muli Decoction for 8 weeks,and measured by KMI,HAM A,HAMD and observe and analyze the clinical effectiveness at0,2,4,6,8week.The contents are required to be true and accurate.The study was completed in 43 patientsResult:1、The relationship between KMI total score,HAMA score and HAMD score before treatment:analyze the significance level of KMI total score,HAMA score and HAMD score before treatment<0.05,so there is a correlation between KMI total score,HAMA score and HAMD score before treatment,and the three are positively correlated.2、Improved KMI total score:after treatment,the observation group showed significant differences in KMI scores at the 2nd,4th,6th and 8th weeks after treatment compared with before treatment(P<0.05),with statistical significance.Compared with the previous item,each stage in the group has significant difference(P<0.05).The results showed that KMI score decreased gradually after treatment The total KMI score decreased significantly in the first 4 weeks of treatment,slowed down in the second 4 weeks,and did not decrease significantly in the 8th week compared with the 6th week3、Analysis of HAMA score and HAMD score:after 2 weeks,4 weeks,6 weeks and 8 weeks of treatment,the patients in the observation group were significantly different from those before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment for 2,4,6,8 weeks,the comparison with the previous item was also statistically significant(P<0.05).The total HAMA score and HAMD score in the observation group decreased significantly in the first 4 weeks of treatment,and decreased slightly in the second 4 weeks.4、Clinical effective rate:statistical HAMA scale score value,the results show that:4 cases were cured(13.33%),13 cases were markedly effective(43.33%),8 cases were effective(26.67%),5 cases were ineffective(16.67%),and the total effective rate was 83.33%.The score of HAMD scale showed that:4 cases were cured(15.38%),12 cases were markedly effective(46.15%),6 cases were effective(23.08%),4 cases were ineffective(15.38%),and the total effective rate was 84.62%.This shows that the treatment group has the characteristic of high clinical effective rate in the score values of HAMA scale and HAMD scale,and the clinical effective rate of Chaihu Jia Longgu Muli Decoction in the treatment of emotional abnormalities of perimenopausal syndrome is high.Conclusion:Chaihu Jia Longgu Muli Decoction can not only effectively improve abnormal emotion in Perimenopaue,but also improve the perimenopause syndrome,which has the characteristics of safety,rapid onset,less side effects,high clinical efficiency.
