Analysis Of Syndrome And Treatment Rules Of Professor Zhou Yabin In The Treatment Of Stable Angina Pectoris With Insomnia In Coronary Heart Disease

Objective:Through the Traditional Chinese medicine Inheritance Auxiliary Platform(V3.0),the data analysis of the syndrome types of patients with stable angina combined with insomnia diagnosed and treated by Professor Zhou Yabin was carried out,so as to summarize the distribution of syndrome types;through the drug data Mining to obtain drug frequency,drug class frequency,drug property frequency,drug flavor frequency,meridian tropism frequency,drug variable cluster analysis,drug four natures and five flavor cluster analysis;through the study of the relationship between drug addition and subtraction and symptoms,the drug Correlation analysis with symptoms and experience in adding and subtracting medications according to symptoms.In the end,it is possible to summarize Professor Zhou Yabin’s rules of differentiation and treatment of this disease,so as to provide reference for the future treatment of colleagues.Methods:From the outpatient case system of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,from January 2018 to December 2020,the cases of patients with stable angina combined with insomnia diagnosed and treated by Professor Zhou Yabin were collected.Input the preprocessed data into Traditional Chinese medicine Inheritance Auxiliary Platform(V3.0),and use the system functions to analyze the data in terms of frequency,clustering,correlation,and factors.Results:General situation:Among the 110 medical records,there are 29 male patients,accounting for 26%of the total;81 female patients,accounting for 74%of the total.The number of cases is positively correlated with age growth;Symptoms:The main symptoms of the patient are poor sleep,precordial pain,palpitation,chest tightness,shortness of breath,back pain,fatigue,upset,spontaneous sweating,and aggravated symptoms after exertion.In addition to the main syndrome of other syndrome types,patients with deficiency of both qi and yin often see fatigue,shortness of breath,palpitation,chest tightness,and symptoms aggravated after exertion;Precordial tingling,back pain,chest tightness,and upset are common in patients with Blood stasis syndrome;upset,dizziness,tinnitus,and low back pain are common in patients with heart and kidney yin deficiency;chills,chest tightness,and night-time aggravation are common in patients with Hanning heart pulse.Patients with heart and kidney yang deficiency often have heavy lower limbs,edema and fatigue in both lower limbs.Medication:Among the 110 prescriptions,140 kinds of drugs were involved,and the frequency of medication was 23 64 times.Among them,there were 15 kinds of drugs with a usage frequency of more than 50%,namely Zhigancao,Pinellia,Scutellaria,Bupleurum,Guizhi,Paeoniae Alba,and Longgu,polygala,rhubarb,oyster,Suanzaoren,Fushen,Shouwu vine,Cyperus cyperi,lily;the commonly used medicinal properties are cold,warm,and flat;the commonly used medicinal flavors are sweet,bitter,and pungent;the commonly used medicinal effects are tonic,soothing the nerves,clearing away heat,relieving the exterior,regulating qi,diuresis and expelling dampness,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis.Conclusion:1.Professor Zhou Yabin’s common syndromes in the treatment of coronary heart disease with stable angina pectoris and insomnia are qi and yin deficiency,qi stagnation and heart chest,phlegm turbidity obstruction,and heart blood stasis;2.Professor Zhou Yabin’s commonly used medicines for the treatment of coronary heart disease with stable angina pectoris and insomnia are Zhigancao,Pinellia,Scutellaria,Bupleurum,Guizhi,Radix Paeoniae Alba,Longgu,Polygala,Rhubarb,Oyster,Jujube,Suanzaoren,Fushen,and Shouwu vine;3.Professor Zhou Yabin’s commonly used drugs for the treatment of stable angina and insomnia are mainly cold,warm,and mild in nature;the main flavors of the medicine are sweet,bitter,and pungent;the main meridians are spleen,lung,and heart;The efficacy of medicines are mainly tonic medicines,diuresis medicines,medicines for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,and medicines for calming the nerves;4.Professor Zhou Yabin usually uses the method of regulating yin and yang,tonifying deficiency and purging excess in the treatment of coronary heart disease with stable angina pectoris and insomnia.
