Study On The Medication Rules Of Professor Li Ji In The Treatment Of The Primary Headaches Based On Data Mining

Objective:Through data mining technology of Professor Li Ji,s medical records in the treatment of primary headaches,this paper summarized the medication rules and treatment experience of Professor Li Ji in the treatment of primary headaches,and provided reference for clinical practice of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:A total of 140 medical records(195 visits)of patients with primary headaches diagnosed and treated by the tutor from January 2015 to December2022 were collected.Standardized the target data terminology,established a database,used the traditional Chinese Medicine inheritance calculation platform V3.0 for frequency statistics,association rules and drug clustering,and analyzed the results,summarized the medication rules,and explored the treatment experiences and academic ideas.Results:1.There were 111 females and 29 males of 140 medical records(195 visits).The age was mostly 40-59 years old,and the course of disease was concentrated between 1-10 years.In the diagnosis of western medicine,there were 68 cases of tension-type headache and 65 cases of migraine,accounting for 95 % of the total.2.The headache was more common in unilateral and bilateral locations,and pulsating quality was the most headache nature,then swelling and tightening(pressing).The symptoms with higher frequency were headache,insomnia,fatigue,dizziness,loose stools,dry mouth and irritability.Headache,insomnia and fatigue were the most common,and the support rate of the three was more than 40%.Tongue manifestation was mainly pale-red tongue,red tongue,dark tongue;thin white and thin tongue coating and yellow greasy coating were common;the teeth-marked tongue had many times.Thin pulse string was most.The main syndromes were liver depression and qi stagnation syndrome and disturbance of phlegm and turbidity.The common concurrent syndromes were qi stagnation and dampness.3.There were 150 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine,a total of 2350 frequency.It had 49 drugs with frequency ≥ 10 times among those.The top 10 traditional Chinese medicines in the frequency ranking were licorice,chuanxiong,atractylodes,white peony,bupleurum,poria,pinellia,rhizoma gastrodiae,astragalus and achyranthes.4.The four properties of traditional Chinese medicine were mainly warm,cold and flat,and the five flavors were mainly sweet,bitter and pungent,mainly belonging to the spleen,lung,liver,heart,stomach and kidney.The efficacy was mainly tonic medicine,relieving medicine,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis medicine,regulating qi medicine,diuresis and dampness medicine,and calming liver and calming wind medicine.5.Drug association obtained 28 drug patterns and 44 association rules.The combination of the two drugs in the top 3 of the support was: Bupleurum,Radix Paeoniae Alba;chuanxiong,Atractylodes;chuanxiong,white peony.The top 3association rules of two drugs were: Bupleurum → Paeoniae Radix Alba;poria→ Atractylodes;ginseng → Atractylodes.6.Cluster analysis obtained 6 groups of drug combinations : C1 licorice,Atractylodes,Poria,Chuanxiong,Astragalus,Amomum,Achyranthes,Chenpi;c2 licorice,atractylodes,chuanxiong,poria cocos,coix seed,white peony root,bupleurum,pinellia;c3 licorice,white peony root,chuanxiong,bupleurum,atractylodes,gastrodia,rehmannia,jujube kernel;c4 licorice,atractylodes,poria,chuanxiong,cassia twig,astragalus,white peony root,bupleurum;c5 licorice,tangerine peel,atractylodes,pinellia,white peony root,poria cocos,chuanxiong,amomum villosum;c6 licorice,chuanxiong,white peony root,atractylodes,bupleurum,ginseng,poria cocos,jujube kernel.Conclusion:1.Glycyrrhiza,Chuanxiong,Atractylodes,Radix Paeoniae Alba,Bupleuri,Poria,Pinellia,Gastrodia,Astragalus,Achyranthes were commonly used drugs for the treatment of primary headaches.2.Warm,cold,flat;sweet,bitter,spicy;spleen meridian,lung meridian and liver meridian were the common Chinese medicine properties of tutor in the treatment of primary headaches.3.Invigorating drugs,relieving drugs,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis drugs,regulating qi drugs,diuresis and dampness drugs,calming liver and calming wind drugs were commonly used Chinese medicine categories for the treatment of primary headaches.4.The tutor in the treatment of primary headaches with Chuanxiong as the first choice of drugs,warm and cold,sweet and bitter,combined with Xin,based on the regulation of qi on the basis of regulating qi,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,tonifying Qi Yang,removing phlegm and dampness,calming the liver and calming the adverse,nourishing the heart and tranquilizing the mind and other methods.And pay attention to the comprehensive treatment of qi,blood and body fluid and the maintenance of middle energizer,with warm and soothing medicine,smooth map,disease and pain.
