Objective: To explore the changes of left ventricular structure and diastolic function in patients with Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD).Method: A total of 130 patients diagnosed with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease and 146 non-NAFLD patients in the control group admitted to the Gastroenterology Department of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from October 2020 to October 2021 were collected.Basic data, laboratory indicators, echocardiography and other examination data of the two groups were compared.Multivariate Logistic regression and Chi-square test were used to analyze the association between NAFLD and left ventricular structure and diastolic function.Results:(1)There were statistically significant differences between NAFLD group and non-NAFLD group in smoking, history of hypertension and diabetes,BMI,FPG,Cr,uric acid,ALT,GGT,TG,HDL and other indicators(P<0.05).But there was no significant difference in age,BUN,TC,AST,LDL and other indexes(P>0.05).(2)LVED,IVS,PWT and E/A ratio were significantly different between the NAFLD group and the non-NAFLD group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in LVMI,RWT,LVEF and RVED(P > 0.05).LVMI,IVS,RWT and E/A ratio were not statistically significant between NASH group and NAFL group(P>0.05).(3)In terms of influencing factors,IVS in smoking group increased, with statistical significance(P<0.05),but there were no significant differences in LVMI,RWT and E/A ratio(P>0.05).The E/A ratio in hypertension group was significantly decreased, with statistical significance(P<0.05),while the values in LVMI,RWT and IVS groups were similar, with no statistical significance(P>0.05).The E/A ratio in diabetes group was significantly decreased, with statistical significance(P<0.05),while the values in LVMI,IVS and RWT groups were similar, with no statistical significance(P>0.05).The superrecombinant E/A ratio was decreased, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),while LVMI,IVS,RWT and other indexes were not statistically significant(P > 0.05).(4)Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that NAFLD was significantly correlated with diastolic function restriction(P<0.05).Chi-square test results suggested that there were statistically significant differences in the distribution of diastolic function between the restricted and normal groups in different NAFLD groups(P < 0.001).Conclusion :Nonalcoholic fatty liver disease may cause structural changes in the left ventricular of the heart and is significantly associated with limited diastolic function. |
