Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Idiopathic Facial Paralysis With Awn Needle

Objective:By observing the difference between the treatment of idiopathic facial palsy with awns needle combined with conventional acupuncture and the treatment of conventional acupuncture,the more effective treatment methods for idiopathic facial palsy are discussed,and more effective treatment is provided for the clinical treatment of this disease.Methods:Sixty-six patients with idiopathic facial palsy meeting the observation criteria were selected and numbered by random number table method,and the two groups of patients were randomly divided into 33 patients in the treatment group and 33 patients in the control group.In this study,32 people were included in the control group(1 person fell off),and 33 people were included in the treatment group.The control group received conventional acupuncture therapy;The treatment group was additionally treated with awn needle.Two groups of patients underwent acupuncture for 6 days,rest for 1day,7 days as a course of treatment,a total of 4 courses of treatment.All the cases were closely observed,and the data before and after treatment of the two groups were sorted out and statistically analyzed.The H-B facial nerve function grading system and the therapeutic observation indexes of Portmann,FDIP,FDIS and other scoring scales were respectively compared to determine the clinical efficacy of the two groups.Results:1.Comparison of general information: The age,gender,course of disease,location and other general data of the two groups of patients as well as H-B facial nerve function grade,Portmann score,FDIP score,FDIS score and other therapeutic observation indicators were compared between the two groups.Statistical analysis showed no statistical significance(P>0.05),indicating that the two groups of patients were comparable.2.Comparison of data in the two groups: The evaluation indexes of the two groups before and after treatment were analyzed and compared,including H-B facial nerve function grading,Portmann score,FDIP score and FDIS score,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,H-B facial nerve function grading of the two groups after treatment was lower than before treatment.After treatment,the Portmann scores,FDIP scores and FDIS scores of the two groups were improved compared with those before treatment.Both conventional acupuncture and awn acupuncture combined with conventional acupuncture can significantly improve the function of the injured facial nerve,and both have significant curative effect.3.Data comparison between the two groups: The H-B facial nerve function grading,Portmann score,FDIP score and FDIS score were compared between the two groups after treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).When comparing grade data,the treatment group was lower than the control group,while the treatment group was higher than the control group.It shows that the combined acupuncture with awn needle has better effect than conventional acupuncture in improving the severity of facial paralysis.4.Comparison of curative effect: After the course of treatment,H-B facial nerve function grading,Portmann score,FDIP score,FDIS score and comparative analysis of clinical efficacy showed that the condition recovery of the two groups of patients had different degrees of difference.All the indexes in the treatment group were better than those in the control group.The total effective rate was 93.94% in the treatment group and 75.00% in the control group(P < 0.05),indicating that the curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.Conclusion:1.Both the awn needle combined with conventional acupuncture and conventional acupuncture are effective in the treatment of idiopathic facial palsy,both can improve the symptoms of facial paralysis and facial nerve function,and improve the quality of life of patients.2.The treatment effect of awn needle combined with conventional acupuncture on idiopathic facial palsy is better than that of conventional acupuncture,and this method is worthy of clinical promotion.
