Research The Regularity Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Treatment Of SPID-CPP Based On Data Mining And Experience Sharing

Objective:Through data mining,the prescriptions for treating SPID-CPP were analyzed,the medication rules of TCM were summarized,and on this basis,the clinical efficacy and safety of oral Shaofu Zhuyu decoction combined with carbon photon physical therapy on SPIDCPP were explored,in order to provide clinical basis and reference for future treatment of SPID-CPP.Methods:1.Data mining:Literature on SPID-CPP was searched in CNKI,Wanfang Database,VIP Database,China Biomedical Literature Database,PubMed,Web of Science,Embase and Cochrane Library.Input the collected literature into Excel to form TCM database.SPSS Statistics 26.0 software and SPSS Modeler 18.0 software ware used to analyze the application rules of TCM2.Clinical study:In this study,a total of 32 patients who met the inclusion criteria were included,and 2 patients were removed and shed during the study,and 30 patients were actually completed.All patients received oral Shaofu Zhuyu Decoction combined with carbon photon physical therapy.Changes of VAS score,TCM syndrome score and physical sign score of patients before and after treatment were recorded.Data processing and analysis were performed using SPSS Statistics 26.0 software,and clinical efficacy was evaluated according to therapeutic criteria.Results:1.Data mining:(1)Frequency analysis of TCM:106 traditional Chinese medicines were involved,among which 21 traditional Chinese medicines were used more than 10 times.Chishao,Danggui,Yanhusuo accounted for the top three in terms of frequency.16 categories of TCM were involved,among which tonic drugs,clearing heat drugs,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis drugs accounted for the top three in terms of frequency.Cold and warm drugs were the most frequently used in TCM.Bitter drugs were the most frequently used in TCM.In the meridians:the liver,spleen and heart medicines accounted for the top three.(2)Analysis of drug association rules:there were 21 association rules with a support degree greater than 0.2 and a confidence degree greater than 0.8,and there was a strong correlation between Chishao,Danggui,Yanhusuo and other traditional Chinese medicines.(3)Cluster analysis:three groups were clustered,Category 1:Daxueteng,Pugongying,B aij iangcao,Danshen;Category2:Chishao,Mu danpi,Taoren,Yiyiren,Gancao,Chuanxiong,Danggui,Wulingzhi,Yanhu suo,Xiangfu,Chaihu,Zhiqiao,B aishao;Category3:Huangqi,Dangshen,B aizhu,Ezhu.2.Clinical study:(1)VAS score:VAS score was significantly decreased before and after treatment(P<0.001).(2)TCM syndrome score:Compared with the main TCM symptom before and after treatment,all the scores decreased(P<0.001).Compared with the total score of TCM before and after treatment,the total score of TCM syndrome decreased significantly(P<0.001).(3)Physical signs score:Compared with the score before and after treatment,the score of physical signs decreased significantly(P<0.00 1).(4)Analysis of curative effect after treatment:The total effective rate of TCM syndrome was 96.67%and the total effective rate of comprehensive curative effect was 9 6.67%after treatment for 15 consecutive days.Conclusion:1.In the treatment of SPID-CPP,Chishao,Danggui,and Yanhusuo rank in the top three;Among the categories of TCM,tonic drugs,clearing heat drugs,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis drugs were the most frequently;Cold and warm drugs were the most frequently used in TCM;Among the five tastes,bitter drugs accounted for the largest proportion;In the meridianas,traditional Chinese medicines that belong to the liver and spleen meridianas were mostly used;In the cluster analysis of TCM,it could be divided into three categories or five categories;In the association rules,there were 21 association rules,and there was a strong correlation between Chishao,Danggui,Yanhusuo and other traditional Chinese medicines.2.Shaofu Zhuyu Decoction combined with carbon photon therapy in the treatment of SPID-CPP could effectively relieved patients’pelvic pain,reduced related syndroms and improve their quality of life,and no adverse reactions were found during treatment,so it was suitable for clinical practice.
