Clinical Observation Of Shaofu Zhuyu Decoction Combined With Umbilical Therapy In The Treatment Of SPID With Cold Dampness And Stasis

Objective:By observing the clinical effect of Shaofu Zhuyu Decoction combined with umbilical therapy on the sequelae of pelvic inflammatory diseases(cold dampness and stasis type),this study provides a more reasonable and effective treatment scheme for this disease and improves the clinical cure rate.Methods:Sixty-six patients who met the inclusion criteria of pelvic inflammatory disease sequelae(cold dampness stasis type)were divided into groups according to the random number table,including 32 cases in the control group and 34 cases in the experimental group.The control group was given Shaofu Zhuyu Tang Granule orally,and the experimental group was combined with umbilical therapy on the basis of the control group.Granules should be taken one dose a day after menstruation.It should be taken separately in the morning and evening for 21 consecutive days as a course of treatment.Umbilical therapy and granules were used at the same time for 14 consecutive days as a course of treatment.Both groups were treated for 3 courses.At the end of clinical observation,VAS score,comprehensive efficacy,local signs and improvement of TCM syndrome were used as efficacy evaluation indexes.SPSS26.0 statistical software was used to conduct statistical treatment on all indexes before and after treatment,and the efficacy of the two groups was compared.Finally,the clinical efficacy and safety of Shaofu Zhuyu Decoction combined with umbilical therapy in the treatment of cold-dampness and stasis type SPID were evaluated and analyzed.Results:Two people were lost in the control group and three people were lost in the experimental group,and one person was removed.The actual number of observed people in the two groups was 30 in each group.1.A statistical analysis was conducted on the baseline of the general conditions and efficacy evaluation indexes of the two groups(P>0.05),and the results showed no significant difference,indicating that the two groups were comparable.2.Comparison of comprehensive efficacy: the total effective rate of Shaofu Zhuyu Decoction combined with umbilical therapy group reached 93.3%,while the total effective rate of Shaofu Zhuyu Decoction group was 83.3%.After treatment,there was a significant difference in the comprehensive efficacy between the two groups(P<0.05),indicating that the experimental group was significantly higher than the control group in the overall treatment of cold-dampness stasis type SPID.3.Comparison of curative effects: Statistical analysis showed that after 3 courses of treatment,the scores of TCM syndrome and local signs of patients in both groups were significantly decreased compared with before treatment,indicating that both the experimental group and the control group could significantly improve the local signs and TCM syndromes(P<0.05).The experimental group was significantly better than the control group in terms of overall efficacy,TCM syndromes and VAS score,as well as improvement of abdominal cold pain or stabbing pain under single symptom of TCM,and lower volume,with statistical significance(P<0.05),indicating that the experimental group was better than the comprehensive situation and improvement of TCM syndromes.There was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in the reduction of local signs score and the improvement of lumbosacral soreness,purple dark patches in menstrual blood and loose stools(P>0.05),indicating that the experimental group and the control group had similar efficacy in the treatment of local signs and improvement of partial symptoms.4.The white blood cell count,neutrophil count and CRP value were compared between the two groups before treatment,and there was no statistical significance(P>0.05),so they could be used as objective observation indexes in this experiment.The serum CRP level of the two groups was significantly decreased before and after treatment(P<0.05),and the performance of the experimental group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05),indicating that the method of Shaofu Zhuyu Decoction combined with umbilical therapy was better in improving the CRP level of the body.The white blood cell count and neutrophil level in blood of 2 groups before and after treatment were compared and analyzed,and there was no statistical significance(P>0.05).After enrolment,in the treatment process of umbilical therapy,1 patient in the experimental group had red and itchy skin around the umbilical due to the use of non-woven cloth.The symptoms disappeared after replacing the waterproof PU membrane of the same size,and the treatment continued without any adverse reactions,indicating that the two groups of drugs were safe.Its curative effect is remarkable,safety is high,worthy of clinical application.ConclusionShaopu Zhuyu Decoction combined with umbilical therapy has significant efficacy in the treatment of cold-dampness and stasis type SPID,which can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and local signs of such patients,and reduce the CRP level of the body.The combined treatment of internal Chinese medicine and external umbilical tape has high clinical research and application value and is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
