Clinical Observation Of Chaizhi Danshen Decoction In Treatingtreating Stable Angina Pectoris Of Coronary Heart Disease(Qi Stagnation And Blood Stasis Syndrome)

Objective:To observe the efficacy effects of Chaizhi Danshen Decoction in the treatment of patients with stable angina pectoris(qi stagnation and blood stasis type)of coronary artery disease in terms of the efficacy of the Chinese medicine evidence score,the efficacy of the angina pectoris score,the rate of nitroglycerin withdrawal and the Seattle Angina Questionnaiire,and to evaluate the clinical efficacy of Chaizhi Danshen Decoction in the treatment of patients with stable angina pectoris(qi stagnation and blood stasis type)of coronary artery disease.Methods:Sixty-two patients with stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease(qi stagnation and blood stasis type)who met the diagnostic criteria in the outpatient clinic of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2022 to December 2022 were selected and divided into 31 cases in the treatment group and 31 cases in the control group based on the random number table method.The control group took Coronary Heart Danshin Drops orally,and the experimental group took Chaizhi Danshen Decoction for a 4-week treatment period.The clinical efficacy and quality of survival of Chaizhi Danshen Decoctionon patients with stable angina pectoris(Qi stagnation and blood stasis type)were evaluated by observing and recording the total TCM syndrome score,TCM single syndrome score,angina pectoris score,nitroglycerin use and Seattle Heart Pain Scale score before and after 4 weeks of treatment,as well as the adverse events that occurred during the trial.Results:1.The efficacy of TCM syndrome points: after 4 weeks of treatment,the total TCM syndrome points and individual TCM syndrome points of patients in both groups decreased significantly compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the total TCM syndrome points and individual points of patients in the test group decreased more significantly compared with those in the control group,with significant differences(P<0.05);the total TCM syndrome points of patients in the control group and the test group had an effective rate of The effective rates of the total TCM symptoms in the control group and the test group were 73.33% and 86.67%,respectively,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).2.Efficacy of angina points: after 4 weeks of treatment,the angina points of patients in both groups decreased significantly compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and compared with the control group,the angina points of patients in the test group decreased more significantly than those before treatment,with a significant difference(P<0.05);the efficiency of angina points of patients in the control group was 76.67%,the effective rate of angina pectoris score was 86.67% in the test group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).3.Nitroglycerin discontinuation rate: after 4 weeks of treatment,the control group discontinued 3 cases,reduced 18 cases,unchanged 9 cases,and aggravated 0 cases,while the test group discontinued 11 cases,reduced 14 cases,unchanged 5 cases,and aggravated 0 cases.The rate of nitroglycerin discontinuation and reduction in the two groups was 70.00% and 83.33%,respectively,with significant difference(P<0.05)by comparison,which was statistically significant.4.Seattle Angina Questionnaiire(SAQ): After 4 weeks of treatment,the scores of patients in both groups were significantly higher(P<0.05)than before treatment in terms of somatic restriction(PL),angina stable state(AS),angina attack(AF),improved patient satisfaction with treatment(TS)and disease awareness(DS),and the scores in the test group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).(P<0.05),which was statistically significant.Conclusions:1.Chaizhi Danshen Decoction can reduce the total TCM syndrome score and single TCM syndrome score of patients with stable angina pectoris(qi stagnation and blood stasis type)of coronary heart disease and improve clinical symptoms;2.Chaizhi Danshen Decoction can reduce the efficacy of angina pectoris score and nitroglycerin use rate in patients with stable angina pectoris(qi stagnation and blood stasis type)of coronary heart disease,and at the same time can improve the Seattle Angina Questionnaiire score and improve the survival quality of patients;3.Chaizhi Danshen Decoction has no significant adverse effects in the treatment of patients with stable angina pectoris(qi stagnation and blood stasis)in coronary heart disease,and is safe and reliable.
