Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Stable Angina Pectoris Of Coronary Heart Disease (Qi Stagnation And Blood Stasis Syndrome) With Jiawei Danshen Diandao San

Objective:By observing the clinical efficacy of Jiawei Danshen Diandao San in the treatment of stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease(Qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome),it can provide reference and reference for the clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:From January 2021 to January 2022,84 patients who were diagnosed with stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease as syndrome of qi stagnation and blood stasis in the outpatient department of cardiovascular disease of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected and randomly divided into observation group And treatment group,42 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with conventional western medicine,the treatment group was additionally treated with Jiawei Danshen Diandao San on the basis of the observation group,and the two groups were treated with drugs for a period of 4 weeks.After 4 weeks,the curative effect of angina pectoris,the curative effect of TCM syndrome,the rate of nitroglycerin cessation and reduction,and the curative effect of Seattle angina pectoris score were observed and compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:1.Curative effect of angina pectoris: After treatment,the angina pectoris scores of the treatment group and the observation group were 5.35±3.69,7.05±3.72,which were significantly lower than those before treatment(11.25±2.47,10.90±2.97)(P<0.05).And the score of angina pectoris in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the observation group(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the treatment group was 85%,which was significantly higher than 70% in the observation group(P<0.05).2.The efficacy of TCM syndromes: After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of the treatment group and the observation group were 5.43±2.34,6.95±2.79,which were significantly higher than those before treatment(13.35±2.42,12.73±2.71)(P<0.05).And the TCM syndrome scores in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the ob servation group(P<0.05).The effective rate of TCM syndrome improvement in the treatment group was 90.00%,which was significantly better than that in the observation group(73.00%)(P<0.05).3.Nitroglycerin discontinuation rate: In the observation group,8 cases were discontinued,19 cases were reduced,13 cases were ineffective,and 0cases were increased,and the discontinuation rate was 67.50%.In the treatment group,10 cases were discontinued,25 cases were reduced,5 cases were ineffective,and 0 cases were increased,and the rate of discontinuation and reduction was 87.50%.The dosage of nitroglycerin in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the observation group(P<0.05).4.Changes in Seattle angina pectoris score: The scores of physical activity limitation,stable state of angina pectoris,angina pectoris attack,treatment satisfaction and disease cognition were improved in both groups after treatment(P<0.05).And the improvement in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the observation group(P<0.05).5.Before and after the test,the vital signs of the patients in the two groups were basically stable,and the safety indicators such as blood,urine,stool routine,and liver and kidney function did not chang e significantly,and there were no adverse reactions in the patients during the test.Conclusion:Jiawei Danshen Diandao San has good curative effect and good safety in the treatment of stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease(Qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome).
