Danshen Decoction Treatment Of Coronary Artery Disease With Stable Angina Pectoris Clinical Observation On Hyperlipemia

Objective:To observe the drink Danshen treatment of coronary artery disease with stable angina pectoris and the clinical effect of hyperlipidemia and to explore its mechanism.Methods:60 cases of coronary heart disease with stable angina pectoris in patients with hyperlipidemia were randomly divided into treatment goup and 30 cases of the control group.Group 2 patients with conventional treatment:rest,low-fat low-salt diet,enteric-coated aspirin,angina attack sublingual nitroglycerin,the treatment group in the conventional treatment based on prescriptions given to drink Danshen oral,in the conventional treatment control group based on the film to give Dan Trichosanthis oral treatment for 4 weeks.Observed before and after treatment in patients with angina symptoms,Chinese medicine symptoms,stop by the rate of nitroglycerin,ECG,blood lipid and blood,urine,liver function,renal function,such as changes in safety indicators.Results:1.the treatment group of patients with ischemic ECG improvement rate was 53.33%, comrol group,50.00%for the statistical analysis by the P＞0.05,not statistically significant. Note Danshen tablets drink with Dan Trichosanthis ECG in patients with considerable improvement in efficacy2.the treatment group stopped by nitroglycerin was 80.00 percent,43.33 percent for the control group,two groups P＜0.05,treatment group than the control group.3.the treatment group and control group after treatment blood lipids(LDL-C,TG) effects of P＜0.05 were statistically significant,the treatment group than the control group.4.treatment group,total effective rate of angina pectoris 83.33 percent,50.00 percent for the control group,with statistical analysis P＜0.05,statistical significance,the treatment group than the control group.Conclusion:1.Compound Danshen Decoction to improve coronary heart disease with stable angina pectoris in patients with hyperlipidemia with clinical symptoms,ECG performance and reduce the amount of nitroglycerin,has a good effect of anti-angina pectoris. 2.Danshen drink can reduce coronary heart disease with stable angina pectoris in patients with hyperlipidemia TC,TG,LDL-C,that the party has a certain role in mediating lipid.
