Clinical Observation Of Plum Blossom Acupuncture Combined With Halometasone Cream Sealing Package In The Treatment Of Neurodermatitis

Objective:This study sets a target to observe the clinical efficacy of plum blossom needle percussion combined with halomethanone cream encapsulation in the treatment of neurodermatitis,and provide reference for the clinical treatment of neurodermatitis.Methods:Sixty patients diagnosed with neurodermatitis who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into the experimental group and the controlgroup with 30 patients each.The treatment group was treated with plumblossom needle percussion combined with halomethazone cream encapsulation(twice a week for plum blossom needle percussion,once a week and once on the 1st and 2nd week of halomesone cream encapsulation,once every other day in the 3rd week,and twice in the 4th week and 1 week),and the control group was treated with halomesone cream encapsulation(once on the 1st and 2nd week,once every other day in the 3rd week,and twice in the 4th week 1 week),and one course of treatment is 4 weeks.The scores of defecation the scores of skin lesions,itching and accompanying symptoms were observed and recorded before treatment,on the 14th day of treatment,and on the 28th day of treatment.Results:1.The basic data(gender,age,disease duration)as well as lesion condition scores(lesion color,lesion morphology,lesion fading area)and subjective symptom scores(itching degree,concomitant symptoms)of the two groups before treatment were statistically analyzed and were not significantly different(P>0.05)and were comparable.2.Skin lesion scores:The skin lesion scores of patients in both groups showed a decreasing trend during the treatment process,and after 28 days of treatment,the scores of both groups were statistically significant after intra-group comparison(P<0.05),and there was a difference between the two groups(P<0.05).This indicates that the skin lesions of both groups improved to different degrees after treatment,but the efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.3.subjective symptom scores:after 28 days of treatment,the pruritic symptom scores and concomitant symptom scores of patients in both groups decreased compared with those before treatment,and the comparison between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.Total clinical efficacy:the total effective rate of the treatment group was 86.67%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 73.33%.After statistical comparison,there was a difference in the total effective rate between the two groups,which was statistically significant.(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.The treatment effect of plum blossom needle percussion combined with halomesone cream encapsulation in the treatment of neurodermatitis is better than that of halomesone cream encapsulation.2.Plum blossom needle percussion combined with halomesone cream package for the treatment of neurodermatitis has a definite effect,can effectively improve the skin lesions,itching symptoms and accompanying symptoms of those patients diagnosed with neurodermatitis.In addition,it is worthy of clinical promotion because it significantly improves the quality of life patients.
