Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Postherpetic Neuralgia(Qi Stagnation And Blood Stasis Type) By Combining Fire Needling With Body Pain And Removal Of Blood Stasis Decoction

Obj ective:To observe the therapeutic effect of fire needling combined with body pain and removal of blood stasis decoction in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia(qi stagnation and blood stasis type),to discuss the basis of fire needling treatment and prescription selection,and to provide a new way for clinical treatment of postherpetic neuralgia.Methods:78 patients with postherpetic neuropathic pain were randomly divided into a control group and a treatment group of 39 cases each.4 cases were shed in the control group during the treatment period and 35 cases were finally completed;one case was shed in the treatment group and 38 cases were finally completed.The control group used simple fire needling on the local painful area,and the treatment group used fire needling on the local painful area combined with the administration of body pain and removal of blood stasis decoction.Treatment was given once a day,5 times a week for 2 weeks.In both groups,visual analogue scale(VAS),Athens Insomnia Scale(AIS),Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA),Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)were observed before treatment and after 2 weeks of treatment.Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)and hypersensitive-C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)index.The changes in the data scores of the two groups were observed and labeled,and the clinical efficacy of the two groups was evaluated and compared after treatment.Results:1.The differences in VAS score,AIS score,HAMA score,HAMD score and hs-CRP index between the two groups before treatment were not statistically significant(P>0.05)and were comparable.2.The VAS score,AIS score,HAMA score,HAMD score and hs-CRP index decreased in both groups before and after treatment,which was statistically significant(P<0.05);the intra-group comparison between the two groups after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the AIS score,HAMA score,HAMD score and hs-CRP index score of the two groups were The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the treatment group was significantly better than the control group when compared between groups.3.Efficacy evaluation:tients in both groups showed corresponding improvements in pain level,sleep quality,anxiety depression and serum inflammatory response after receiving the corresponding treatment in each group.The total effective rate was 92.11%in the treatment group and 82.86%in the control group.The comparison of clinical efficacy between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group.Conclusion:1.The treatment method of fire needing alone and fire needing combined with body pain and removal of blood stasis decoction was effective in treating patients with postherpetic neuralgia(Qi stagnation and blood stasis type),and the overall efficiency of fire acupuncture combined with body pain and removal of blood stasis decoction in treating postherpetic neuralgia(qi stagnation and blood stasis type)was better than that of fire acupuncture alone.2.The combination of fire needing and body pain and removal of blood stasis decoction was more effective than fire needing alone in improving pain scores,sleep quality,anxiety and depression levels and hs-CRP index in patients with post-herpetic neuralgia(Qi stagnation and blood stasis).
