| Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Tiaoqi-Anshen acupuncture on Cardiac Neurosis,and further optimize the treatment plan for Cardiac Neurosis.Methods:60 patients with Cardiac Neurosis were divided into treatment group(Tiaoqi-Anshen acupuncture group)and control group(conventional acupuncture group)using random number method,with 30 cases in each group.The acupuncture points selected in the treatment group were:Danzhong,Baihui,Si Shencong,Shenting,Benshen(bilateral),Taichong(bilateral),Jianshi(bilateral);The acupuncture points selected by the control group were the common acupuncture points in the center of the "Twelfth Five-Year Plan" national planning textbook "Acupuncture and Moxibustion" :Neiguan(bilateral),Ximen(bilateral),Shenmen(bilateral),Xinshu(bilateral),Juque.Once a day,5 times a week for 4 weeks.SPSS.26.0 software was used to statistically analyze the changes of the Somatized Symptoms Self-rating Scale(SSS),Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)and Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)to evaluate the clinical efficacy of Tiaoqi-Anshen Acupuncture before and after treatment.Results:1.After 4 weeks of treatment,SSS scores in both groups decreased(P<0.05),and the decrease was more significant in the treatment group(P<0.05).2.After 4 weeks of treatment,HAMA scores in both groups decreased(P<0.05),and the decrease was more significant in the treatment group(P<0.05).3.After 4 weeks of treatment,HAMD scores in both groups decreased(P<0.05),and the decrease was more significant in the treatment group(P<0.05).4.Comparison of clinical efficacy: The total effective rate of the treatment group was 91.30% better than that of the control group(82.80%),there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01).Conclusion:1.The method of Tiaoqi-Anshen acupuncture can significantly improve the mental and psychological state of patients with Cardiac Neurosis,and relieve their somatization symptoms such as anxiety and depression.2.The therapeutic effect of Tiaoqi-Anshen acupuncture on Cardiac Neurosis is definite and superior to conventional method. |
