Professor Xu Huimei’s Treatment Study On The Diagnosis And Treatment Of Cardiac Neurosis

Objective:By collecting and sorting out the outpatient cases of cardiac neurosis,the frequency statistics and research analysis of Professor Xu Huimei’s prescriptions and clinical syndrome distribution in the treatment of cardiac neurosis were conducted by using statistical methods.In order to provide clinical reference for the treatment of cardiac neurosis with traditional Chinese medicine.Method:From January 2018 to June 2019,a total of 131 out-patient cases of cardiac neurosis treated by Professor Xu Huimei,Department of Cardiology,Heilongjiang University of traditional Chinese medicine,were selected.Using Microsoft Office 2019 Chinese component Excel In 2019,the database was established for statistical analysis.Excel tables and charts were used to count the frequency of single drug use,classification of traditional Chinese medicine,nature,flavor,meridian,drug combination and clinical syndrome type distribution.The first diagnosis prescription information of 131 cases of cardiac neurosis was analyzed,summarized and summarized,and the medication rules and syndrome distribution of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of cardiac neurosis were summarized.Results1 Single drug frequency: the total frequency of medication was 2385 times,a total of108 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine were used.The top 16 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine ranked in the order of keel ≥ oyster > Chuanxiong > Bupleurum > Astragalus >Angelica > Cinnamomum cassia > Glycyrrhiza > mother of Pearl > Scutellaria baicalensis >Radix Paeoniae Alba > semen Ziziphi > Rhizoma Atractylodis > Polygala Polygala > Caulis.2 Classification of traditional Chinese medicine: according to statistics,the classification frequency of traditional Chinese medicine is more than 50 times,and the order is as follows: tranquilizing drugs > tonifying deficiency drugs > regulating qi drugs >promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis drugs > relieving exterior drugs >clearing heat drugs > diuresis and dampness drugs > Wenli drugs > phlegm relieving cough and antiasthmatic drugs.The frequency of sedative and tonifying drugs was the most prominent,with the frequency of 665,561,232,223,163,155,115,103 and 61 times.3 Four Qi and five flavors: the order of the frequency of four Qi use from high to lowwas warm > cold > flat > cool,and the frequency was 881 times,751 times,640 times and113 times.The use frequency of the five flavors from high to low was sweet > bitter >spicy > salty > sour > astringent > light.The frequency of sweet,bitter and pungent was especially prominent,corresponding to 1152 times,956 times,893 times,265 times,186 times,139 times and 112 times.4 Drug channel tropism: the most commonly used drugs are liver,heart,spleen,lung,kidney,gallbladder and stomach,and the frequency is 1268,1128,948,811,598,585,564,respectively.5 Drug combination: keel,oyster,mother of Pearl > bupleurum,Scutellaria > Guizhi,Paeonia Alba > Poria cocos,Atractylodes macrocephala > semen Ziziphi Spinosae,Polygala tenuifolia,Radix Polygoni Multiflori,Notopterygii > Trichosanthes kirilowii > Caulis Spatholobus,Rhizoma Cynanchi > Rhizoma Rehmanniae > Pinelliae and Magnolia officinalis,the frequency was 96 times,91 times,87 times,75 times,66 times,59 times,48 times,17 times,8 times,7 times.6 Distribution of syndrome types: liver stagnation qi stagnation type and Qi deficiency and blood stasis type were more common,and the two syndrome types were more common at the same time,the liver stagnation and qi stagnation type > Qi deficiency and blood stasis type > phlegm turbidity type > liver spleen disharmony type > Qi Yin deficiency type > heart kidney disharmony type,and the frequency was 73 times and 70 times,20 times,14 times,14 times,3 times.Conclusion1 Single medicine: the core single medicine is keel,oyster,chuanxiong,bupleurum,astragalus,angelica,Cinnamon Twig,liquorice,mother of pearl,Scutellaria baicalensis,Radix Paeoniae Alba,semen Ziziphi,Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae.2 Classification of traditional Chinese medicine: tranquilizing drugs and tonifying deficiency drugs are common,focusing on tranquilizing the mind and Tonifying Qi and blood together.3 Nature,taste and meridian tropism: the most commonly used medicine is warming cold,which can balance yin and Yang of viscera;sweet,bitter and pungent are mostly used,which can supplement,release and travel in one body,so as to supplement but not stagnate;drugs mostly belong to liver,heart and spleen,focusing on soothing the liver,calming the mind and strengthening the spleen.4 Drug combination: keel,oyster,mother of Pearl;bupleurum,Scutellaria baicalensis;Ramulus Cinnamomi,Radix Paeoniae Alba;Poria cocos,Atractylodes macrocephala.5 Distribution of five syndrome types: the frequency of qi deficiency and blood stasis type and liver depression and qi stagnation type is particularly prominent,and the combination of qi deficiency and blood stasis type and liver depression and qi stagnation type is more common.
