Based On Data Mining Acupuncture In The Treatment Of Liver Depression Transforming Into Fire Anxiety Disorder And Clinical Observation

Objective:In this study,the clinical effect of acupuncture therapy based on data mining on patients with liver depression transforming into fire anxiety disorder.To evaluate the improvement of anxiety mood and TCM syndrome of patients with liver depression transforming into fire anxiety disorder treated with acupuncture based on data mining.In order to provide a feasible clinical treatment of liver depression transforming into fire anxiety disorder of traditional Chinese acupuncture program.Methods:In this study,64 patients who met the inclusion criteria were selected and randomly divided into observation group(32 cases)and control group(32 cases)by SPSS 25.0 software.The observation group received acupuncture on the basis of data mining summary,while the control group received acupuncture prescription for"Syndrome of depression"in acupuncture and Moxibustion Science.The changes of Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)score,self-rating Anxiety Scale(S AS)score and traditional Chinese Medicine Syndrome Scale of the observation group and control group were observed before and after treatment,and the results were evaluated for clinical efficacy.Results:1.Before treatment,there were no significant differences in gender,age,course of disease,HAMA score,SAS score and TCM symptom score between the two groups;2.HAMA score:After treatment,the HAMA score of the observation group and the control group was significantly reduced compared with that before treatment(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.After treatment,the HAMA scores of the observation group and the control group were compared between groups(P<0.05),and the scores of the observation group showed a greater downward trend compared with the control group,and the follow-up effect of the observation group was better than the control group;3.SAS score:After treatment,the SAS score of the observation group and the control group was significantly lower than that before treatment(P<0.05);Comparison of S AS scores between the observation group and the control group after treatment(P<0.05);4.TCM symptom scores:TCM symptom scores of the observation group and control group were significantly reduced after treatment compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.Comparison of TCM syndrome score between observation group and control group after treatment(P<0.05);5.The effective rate of anxiety was 9 0.0%in the observation group and 78.1%in the control group.The difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05);6.The effective rate of TCM syndromes was 86.7%in the observation group and 7 8.1%in the control group.The difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Liver depression transforming into fire anxiety disorder can be effectively treated by data mining acupuncture group and conventional acupuncture group;2.In terms of the improvement of HAMA score,SAS score and TCM syndrome scale score,the data mining acupuncture group was better than the conventional acupuncture group;3.The data mining acupuncture group was better than the conventional acupuncture in the improvement of anxiety and TCM syndrome.
