Objective:By observing the clinical efficacy of acupuncture at thirteen ghost points and conventional acupuncture in the treatment of generalized anxiety disorder, the research provides a feasible treatment for generalized anxiety disorderMethods:Sixty patients with generalized anxiety disorder that met the inclusion criteria were selected and randomly divided into acupuncture thirteen ghost point group(30 cases)and treatment group(30 cases)The treatment group received a strong stimulation(120 twists/minute,1minute duration)after rapid needle injection to get air,and no needle was left;the control group kept needle for 40 minutes after fast needle injection to get air.2 weeks is a course of treatment,a total of two courses of treatment.Observe the Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HMAM)score,Self-Assessment Scale(SAS)score and TCM symptom score of the two groups of patients before and after treatment, and evaluate the clinical efficacy after treatmentResults:1.Before treatment, the two groups of patients were compared with HAMA score,SAS score and TCM symptom score in terms of gender, age, course of disease, the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05),and was comparable2.After the treatment, the HAMA scores of the two groups of patients were statistically significant compared with those of the same group before treatment(P<0.05);at the same time,it was found that the HAMA scores of the two groups of patients were statistically significant(P<0.05)3.After the treatment, the difference between the SAS scores of the two groups of patients was statistically significant compared with that of the same group before treatment(P<0.05);at the same time,it was found that the difference in the SAS scores of the two groups of patients was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.After the treatment, the TCM symptom scores of the two groups of patients were statistically significant compared with the same group before treatment(P<0.05);at the same time,it was found that the diff erence in the TCM symptom scores of the two groups of patients was statistically significant(P<0.05).5.After the treatment, the total clinical effective rates of anxiety in the treatment group and the control group were 90.00%and 76.67%,respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the total effective rates of TCM syndrome curative effects were 86.67%and 70.00,respectively,The difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Acupuncture at the Thirteen Ghost Point method and conventional acupuncture method can effectively treat generalized anxiety disorder of qi depression and fire type;2.The improvement of HAMA score of acupuncture thirteen ghost points method is obviously better than conventional acupuncture method;3.The acupuncture method of thirteen ghosts is significantly better than conventional acupuncture in improving the SAS score;4.The acupuncture method of thirteen ghost points is better than the conventional acupuncture method in improving the score of the TCM syndrome scale;5.The acupuncture method of thirteen ghosts is obviously superior to the conventional acupuncture method in terms of total curative effect;...
