Clinical Observation Of Buqi Tongluo Decoction On Children With Asthma Of Lung And Spleen Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis Type Based On Collateral Disease Theory

Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of self-made Buqi Tongluo decoction in the treatment of asthma in children with delayed lung and spleen qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,and to explore its effectiveness in clinical application.Methods:Sixty children who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given montelukast sodium chewable tablets,and the observation group was given self-made Buqi Tongluo decoction for a total of 3 month.After the course of treatment,the curative effect of the two groups was observed,and the changes of TCM syndrome scores,pulmonary function(FEV1,FVC),and hemorheology(whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity,erythrocyte aggregation index)before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.SPSS24.0 software was used to analyze and process the experimental data.Results:1.After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was85.71%,the total effective rate of the control group was 79.31%,there was a statistical difference(P<0.05),the observation group was better than the control group;2.After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of the two groups were improved,there was a statistical difference(P<0.05);After treatment,the improvement of TCM syndrome score in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05);3.After treatment,the levels of FEV1 and FVC in the two groups were improved,and there was a statistical difference(P<0.05);After treatment,the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05);4.After treatment,the whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity and red blood cell aggregation index of the two groups were improved,and there was a statistical difference(P<0.05);After treatment,the improvement of the above indicators in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05);Conclusion:1.Self-made Buqi Tongluo decoction is effective in treating children with asthma with delayed lung-spleen qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.2.Self-made Buqi Tongluo decoction can effectively improve the TCM syndromes of children with asthma with delayed lung-spleen qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.3.Self-made Buqi Tongluo decoction has a positive effect on the lung function and hemorheology indexes in children.
