Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Hyperactivity Disorder In Children With Heart-Liver-Fire Hyperactivity Syndrome By Bleeding At The Ear Tip And Jin’s Three-needle Therapy

Objective:In this study,based on the literature research and clinical practice,with the apex bloodletting therapy combined with Jin-three needles and Jin three needle therapy as control,observe the cupping of the ear tip a nd Jin-three needles treatment of heart-liver-fire hyperactivity syndrome children with ADHD clinical curative effect.To explore the difference o f clinical curative effect between Acupuncture Bleeding of Jin-three need les and Jin-three needles in the treatment of ADHD in patients with heart-liver-fire-wasting type,so as to provide theoretical and clinical basis for clinical treatment of ADHD in children.Methods:All eligible ADHD children were randomly divided into experimental gr oup and control group,in which the experimental group was combined with Jin-tree needles acupuncture blond and the control group with Jin-three n eedles therapy.One ear tip bleeding every other day,Jin-three acupunctu re treatment 3 times a week,4 weeks for a course of treatment,a total o f 3 courses.Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder assessment scale,m ulti-activity index evaluation table and TCM symptom score table were rec orded,and statistical methods were used to analyze the changes of scores of each scale before and after treatment.Results:1.on the results of the attention deficit hyperactivity disorder ass essment scale,the comparison of the total symptom scores of the two groups before and after treatment,the two groups of P<0.001,with significan t difference;the two groups were further compared,and there was no sign ificant difference between the two groups.2.There was significant difference in hyperactivity index between th e two groups(P < 0.001)and further comparison between the two groups(P< 0.05).3.In the analysis of TCM symptom rating scale,there was significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.001),and there was no signific ant difference between the two groups(P > 0.05).There were significant differences in hyperactivity,multispeech,impulsive capricious,irritabi lity and irritability(P < 0.001).4.The results of total curative effect analysis showed that there wa s no significant difference between the two groups in improving the effec t of attention deficit and hyperactivity disorder in children with hypera ctivity disorder of lack of heart and liver fire type(P > 0.05).There w as no significant difference in improving the curative effect of TCM symp toms in children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder of heart-l iver-fire type(P > 0.05).Conlusion:1.the tip of the ear combined with Jin-three needle and the control g roup of the treatment of the disease are effective,but the total effect is equivalent;2.the tip of the ear combined with Jin-three needle treatm ent of the disease in improving hyperactivity,impulsive symptoms better than the control group;3.the symptoms of TCM,blood letting on ear comb ined with Jin-three needles treatment of heart-liver-fire hyperactivity children ADHD was effective,especially in restlessness,rhetoric,impul sive,irritability aspects better than the control group.
