Clinical Observation Of Ziyin Jianghuo Decoction In The Treatment Of Yin Deficiency And Pulmonary Heat In Children’s Recovery Period Of Pneumonia

Objective:Observe the clinical efficacy and safety of "Ziyin Jianghuo Decoction" in the treatment of yin deficiency lung heat in children’s recovery period of pneumonia,and provide a basis for further clinical application.Methods:The outpatient department and ward of the First Affiliated Hospital of Hei long jiang University of Chinese Medicine were treated in random grouping,which met the diagnostic standards of yin deficiency and lung heat type of traditional Chinese and western medicine during the recovery period of pneumonia.The 60 children aged 3-14 were divided into 30 cases in the experimental group and the control group.The control group was given Yangyin Qingfei oral liquid,and the experimental group was treated with "Ziyin Jianghuo Decoction".The medication cycle was 1 week.Results:1.Before treament,there is no statistical significance in the differences between the two groups of children in terms of gender,age,course of disease,disease classification,main symptom score,Secondary symptom score,and total score of TCM syndrome(p<0.05,),The experimentalt group is comparable to the control group.2.Comparison between the groups after treatment,there were significant differences between the experimental group and the control group in terms of main symptom score(p<0.05).In terms of secondary symptoms,the experimental group and the control group had significant differences in terms of dry throat,night sweats,constipation and feverishness in palms and soles(p<0.05),in terms of low fever,deep-colored urine,The difference has no statistical significance(p>0.05).In terms of the total score of TCM syndrome,there were very significant differences(p<0.01).Comparing the chest X-ray scorel,there is a significant difference between the groups after treatment(p<0.05).3.The total efficiency of the experimental group was 90.0%,and the total efficiency of the control group was 76.6%.The total efficiency of the two groups was significantly different(p<0.05).4.In terms of safety,the difference between the experimenta group and the control group in terms of liver and kidney function and safety level is not statistically significant(p>0.05)Conclusion:1.The total efficiency of Ziyin Jianghuo decoction in the treatment of children with yin deficiency lung heat during the recovery period of pneumonia is higher than Yangyin Qingfei oral liquid.2.Ziyin Jianghuo Decoction is better than Yangyin Qingfei oral liquid in improving the main symptoms and signs of children,as well as dry throat,night sweats,constipation,feverishness in palms and soles.3.In terms of promoting the absorption of lung shadows,Ziyin Jianghuo Decoction is better than Yangyin Qingfei oral liquid.4.Research confirms that Ziyin Jianghuo Decoction can be safely applied in clinical practice.
