Clinical Observation Of Maiwei Dihuang Decoction In The Treatment Of Cardiac Neurosis With Incoordination Between Heart And Kidney

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Maiwei Dihuang decoction in the treatment of cardiac neurosis with incoordination between heart and kidney,and to provide new therapeutic ideas and effective prescriptions for clinical diagnosis and treatment of cardiac neurosis in traditional Chinese medicine.Method:A total of 60 patients who met the inclusion criteria in the Cardiovascular Clinic of the first affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2021 to December 2022 were selected.According to the method of random number table,they were divided into control group(n=30)and treatment group(n=30).The control group was given oryzanol 20 mg,three times a day,and the treatment group was given Maiwei Dihuang decoction plus or minus oral,150ml,twice a day.Both groups were treated for 3 weeks.The changes of TCM syndrome score,TCM individual symptom score,heart rate variability parameters,Hamilton anxiety scale(H AM A),Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)and related safety indexes were collected before and after treatment.The results were calculated by SPSS26.0 software to evaluate the clinical efficacy of this trial.Results:1.Comparison of TCM Syndrome integral and Therapeutic effect:After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).And the improvement of TCM syndrome score in the treatment group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In terms of the curative effect of TCM syndrome,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 90%,and that of the control group was 73.33%.The curative effect of TCM syndrome of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.Comparison of individual symptom score and Therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese Medicine:After treatment,the scores of palpitation,chest tightness,chest pain,upset,insomnia,forgetfulness,dizziness and tinnitus in the control group were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in dry pharynx,dry mouth,sore waist and knees(P>0.05).The scores of individual symptoms in the treatment group were lower than those before,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were significant differences in the symptoms of palpitation,chest tightness,chest pain,insomnia,upset,dry pharynx and mouth,sore waist and knees,dizziness and tinnitus between the two groups(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in the score of amnesia symptoms(P>0.05).The improvement of TCM single symptom score in the treatment group was better than that in the control group.3.Comparison of heart rate variability:After treatment,the parameters of heart rate variability in the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the improvement degree of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.Comparison of HAMA score and curative effect:After treatment,the HAMA score of the two groups was lower than that before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The improvement of HAMA score in the treatment group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In terms of the curative effect of HAMA,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 86.67%,and that of the control group was 66.67%.The curative effect of HAMA of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).5.Comparison of HAMD score and curative effect:After treatment,the HAMD score of the two groups was lower than that before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The improvement of HAMD score in the treatment group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In terms of the curative effect of HAMD,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 83.33%,and that of the control group was 63.33%.The curative effect of HAMD of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Maiwei Dihuang decoction combined with oryzanol is effective in the treatment of cardiac neurosis with incoordination between heart and kidney,which can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients,improve the regulation function of autonomic nerve on heart,and effectively improve patients’ anxiety and depression.the curative effect is better than that of oryzanol alone.
