Study On The Medication Rules Of Traditional Chinese Medicine In The Treatment Of Chronic Hepatitis B Combined With Non-alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease Based On Data Mining

Objective: In this study,through statistical analysis and data mining,TCM drugs used by outpatient physicians of the First Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Chinese Medicine in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B(CHB)complicated with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD)were screened.Furthermore,the common drugs of TCM for the prevention and treatment of CHB complicated with NAFLD,as well as the four qi,five flavor,normalization,common compatible drug pairs,core drug pairs and new prescriptions were analyzed and summarized,and certain ideas and methods for clinical prescription medication were provided through in-depth exploration of the medication rules of modern TCM in the treatment of CHB complicated with NAFLD.Methods: The medical records of patients who visited the hepatology Department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine during 2022.01.01 to 2022.12.31 were counted by the hospital outpatient department,129 prescriptions were collected,and the database was established by Microsoft Excel 2019 form.The frequency,frequency,four qi and five taste of traditional Chinese medicine were counted.SPSS Statistics25.0,SPSS Modeler18.0 and other data mining software were used for cluster analysis and correlation analysis of drugs used in high frequency,and the results were integrated and analyzed.Results: The most commonly used drugs in the treatment of CHB with NAFLD were glycyrrhiza licorice and bupleurum bupleurum,96 and 94 times respectively.The drugs used in high frequency included:glycyrrhiza,bupleurum bupleurum,Atractylosum,poria,Paeoniae alba,codonopsis codonopsis,Scutellaria,salvia miltiorrhiza,Astragalus,Wormwood,Fructus aurantii and pinellia fascia;The medicinal properties were mainly cold,warm and flat,and the ones used most times were cold.Most of the medicinal tastes are sweet,bitter and xin,and the most used is sweet medicine.Spleen,lung,liver and stomach were the main channels,and spleen channel was the most common drug channel.The main types of traditional Chinese medicine were deficiency tonic,moisture tonic,heat clearing and surface relieving drugs.Deficiency tonic drugs appeared the most,and the main drugs were glycyrrhiza,atractyloides,white peony root and codonopsis codonopsis.The core drug pairs were: bupleurum-glycyrrhiza,Atractylodes atractylodes-Poria,Paeony-Bupleurum,atractylodes atractylodes,bupleurum-scutellaria.Four kinds of new prescriptions were clustered: the first kind: cardamom,patchouli,wormwood,calamus,Tangerine peel,turpentine,Radix echinacea,Radix echinacea,licorice,magnolia officinalis,salvia miltiorrhiza,red Peony root.The second: Alractylodes alractylodes,Poria,Alractylodes alractylodes,Coix seed,codonopsis codonopsis.The third: Astragalus,cassia branch,Coptis,corn beard,hawthorn,alisma,schisandra.The fourth: Scutellaria scutellaria,Pinellia lettuca,Bupleurum bupleurum,Fructus aurantii,Ligusticum Chuanxiong,pueraria root,Angelica sinensis,Rehmannii and jujube kernel.Conclusion: Through the study,the core drug pairs of bupleur-Glycyrrhiza,Baizhu-Poria,Paeonia-Bupleur-Baizhu,Baizhu-Bupleur-Bupleur-Scutellaria were obtained.The pathogenesis of CHB complicated with NAFLD is mainly liver-qi stagnation and spleen dysfunction,resulting in phlegm and dampness,internal blood stasis,accumulation of dampness,phlegm,blood stasis and other pathological products in the body,and the pathological characteristics of deficiency and deficiency of healthy qi should be paid attention to in treatment,and the pathological characteristics of deficiency and deficiency of healthy qi should be paid attention to.The main treatment is to promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis,clear heat and remove water,supplemented by Fuzheng-Guben-gu,and the liver and spleen should be treated together.It is often used in combination with tonifying deficiency medicine,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis medicine,remitting moisture medicine and clearing heat medicine.
