Objective:Through the analysis of the anti-diarrheal formulas in the "Criterion for Evidence",Wang Kentang’s understanding of diarrhea and the characteristics of the prescription are studied,hoping to provide reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment.Method:The research method of this thesis is literature research method.Through the collection of the etiological and pathogenesis literature of the relevant chapters of diarrhea in the "Criterion for Evidence and Treatment",the obtained literature was screened,sorted out and analyzed,and the relevant literature was summarized and summarized.The 65 first prescriptions sorted out in this book are entered into the "Ancient and Modern Medical Case Cloud Platform"(V2.3.8),and the analysis of the "data mining module" of the system is used to statistically analyze and sort out the classification of prescription forms,commonly used drugs,drug types of formulas,drug properties,drug associations,and cluster combinations of high-frequency drugs.Outcome:(1)In the "Criterion for Evidence and Treatment",there are different understandings of the etiological pathogenesis of diarrhea affecting the internal organs and symptoms,and on the whole,attention is paid to the etiological pathogenesis of internal organs,qi and blood,yin and yang,cold and heat,and virtual and real inclusions.(2)The treatment of diarrhea is based on the basic principle of supplementation,and attaches importance to the spleen and kidneys,and the treatment is different according to the internal organs,symptoms,nature,classification and degree of the lesion.(3)The main research methods of prescription drugs are the four qi,five tastes,meridians and ups and downs of drugs,and the drugs are most commonly used in sweet and bitter taste,spleen and stomach,and the application ratio is different for different organs and symptoms.Most of the drugs enter the lungs and spleen meridians,the medicinal taste is mainly spicy medicine,sweet medicine is second,the medicinal property is mainly warm,flat is second,and 1 0 groups of high-frequency drug pairs and 2 groups of high-frequency drugs are obtained,such as licorice,baiju,magnolia,aconite,dried ginger,ginseng,nutmeg,woody fragrance,tangerine peel,evodia.(4)Dosage form characteristics: mainly decoctions,pills,ointments for internal dosage forms,medicated drinks are often used with evidence.Conclusion:Wang Kentang believes that the main cause of diarrhea is related to internal injury diet,while external feeling of cold and dampness,spleen and soil injury,unable to transport the subtlety of the water valley,partial seepage of the large intestine leads to the disease;For the first time,it was proposed that diarrhea should be treated exclusively for the disease,and at the same time combined with classification treatment and symptomatic treatment,reflecting the idea of combining the treatment of disease,evidence and symptoms.Its classification and treatment of diarrhea involves many aspects such as etiology,location,disease,course,and concurrent diseases,reflecting the systematic and comprehensive nature of Wang’s treatment of diarrhea.
