| Purpose:This topic takes the medical cases and works of Wang Mengying’s spleen and stomach diseases as the main research object,systematically summarizes and analyzes the medication rules and academic characteristics of Wang Mengying’s spleen and stomach diseases,so as to enrich the academic research on the identification and treatment of spleen and stomach diseases,and provide reference for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of spleen and stomach diseases in modern traditional Chinese medicine.Methods: Taking Wang Mengying’s medical book edited by Sheng Zengxiu as the base,we selected five books recording Wang Mengying’s treatment of spleen and stomach disease,which include: "Wang’s medical case","continuation of Wang’s medical case","Wang’s medical case","ink record","by beam medical film".Using the methods of data mining and theoretical discussion,we analyzed Wang Mengying’s treatment of spleen and stomach diseases,explored Wang Mengying’s understanding of spleen and stomach diseases,analyzed the theory of Wang Mengying’s treatment of spleen and stomach diseases,and summarized the academic characteristics of the treatment of spleen and stomach diseases.Bear fruit:1.Wang Mengying’s theory of treating spleen and stomach diseases is based from the theory of Internal Classics and the diagnosis and treatment experience of spleen and stomach diseases of Zhang Zhongjing,Li Dongyuan,Zhang Jingyue,Ye Tianshi,and developed the theory of spleen and stomach diseases combined with his own clinical experience.2.Study on the medication rule of Wang Mengying for treating spleen and stomach diseases.The frequency analysis of the number of drugs for spleen and stomach diseases in Wang Mengying’s related works showed that 219 kinds of drugs were used by Wang for spleen and stomach diseases,among which 33 kinds of drugs were used more than 10 times,including Huanglian,Chuanneeizi,Zhuru,etc.The medication covers nine categories,including heat-clearing drugs,deficiency drugs,phlegm,cough and asthma drugs,and qi medicine.The medication covers nine categories,including heat-clearing drugs,deficiency drugs,phlegm,cough and asthma drugs,and qi medicine.The drug is mainly lung,spleen,stomach,heart,liver and kidney,the medicine is mainly bitter,sweet,spicy,salty,and the medicine is mainly cold,warm,flat and cold.It is concluded that there are 24 common drug pairs and combinations,such as Coptis chinensis,baicalensis,gardenia,gardenia,gardenia,Coptis chinensis,etc.3.Research on the academic characteristics of Wang Mengying’s differentiation and treatment of spleen and stomach diseases.Through the analysis of data mining results and the literature research,it is concluded that Wang Mengying identified the cause of the disease of the spleen and stomach;guided the disease treatment with the theory of regulating qi;pay attention to nourishing Yin and maintaining jin;advocate food therapy;make good use of fresh medicine;oppose the abuse of temperature and repair;flexibly use the academic characteristics of "present evidence" in the treatment of diseases.Conclusion:1.The data mining results of the prescriptions used by Wang Mengying in the treatment of spleen and stomach diseases were discussed with the literature study,which summarized the characteristics of Wang Mengying in the treatment of spleen and stomach diseases:Pay attention to regulating the qi machine,pay attention to the treatment of spleen and stomach diseases from the lung;Respect the physiological characteristics of the spleen and stomach,and highlight the heat clearing and dampness;Qing light tonic deficiency,not confined warm tonic etc.2.Systematically review and study the medical cases and viewpoints of differential treatment and spleen and stomach diseases in Wang Mengying’s works,The main academic views of distinguishing and treating spleen and stomach diseases include: in clarifying the etiology and pathogenesis of spleen and stomach diseases,To have a basic understanding of the natural environment and social environment of the patient;To guide the treatment of spleen and stomach diseases with the theory of regulating qi machine,This should be used as the fundamental treatment of spleen and stomach diseases,To ensure the liver qi diarrhea,lung qi propaganda and develop normal function;Pay attention to the maintenance of the spleen and stomach jin,First of all,make good use of qing fill increase Yin jin,Secondly,we should remove the cause of wasting Yin jin,Again to protect the undamaged Yin jin;Advocate food therapy;Make good use of fresh medicine;Against the abuse of warm subsidies;The treatment of diseases flexibly use the idea of "sacrifice from the evidence",It is necessary to treat the dialectical unity between it and the thought of "taking measures according to the time". |
