Based On Data Mining Research,the Clinical Medication Rule Of Professor Wang Mingjie For Menopausal Syndrome(Yin Deficiency Internal Heat Syndrome)

Objective: This study is based on the name of traditional Chinese medicine inheritance auxiliary platform(V2.5)to the national old of traditional Chinese medicine experts,province ten famous professor ming-jie wang of menopause syndrome(Yin deficiency in heat syndrome)case for data mining and retrospective analysis,from the objective data summary professor ming-jie wang treatment menopause syndrome(Yin deficiency in heat syndrome)medication rule and academic ideas,for young clinicians in the treatment of this disease to create a new visual Angle,treatment views and prescription support.Methods: From January 2019 to September 2022 as the time node,the prescription personally issued by Professor Wang Mingjie in the outpatient department of the Affiliated Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Southwest Medical University was selected for screening.By sorting professor ming-jie wang outpatient cases,screening the first diagnosis of "menopausal syndrome","menopause" disease "menopause" and syndrome differentiation for Yin deficiency heat syndrome,according to the study of the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,to choose case after screening,a total of 209 cases with complete information and meet the requirements of this study.In traditional Chinese medicine inheritance auxiliary platform for data mining tools,medical clinical information entry platform acquisition system,and establish medical database,through the "statistics" of "medical analysis" and "data analysis" "square analysis" and other functions,for all involved in the prescription of traditional Chinese medicine induction,statistics and data display,including the frequency,classification,association rules,clustering and complex system entropy clustering,etc.,and based on the results of the above data analysis professor ming-jie wang treatment of menopause syndrome(Yin deficiency inside heat syndrome)medication bias and characteristics,prescription characteristics and regularity.Results: After strict inclusion and exclusion criteria,a total of 209 cases of Professor Wang Mingjie for menopausal syndrome,and 359 prescriptions were selected.1.According to the analysis of general information,the average age of the patients is 50.16 years old,the median is 50 years old,and the onset age range is 41-58 years old,concentrated in 45-56 years old,accounting for about 93.30% of the total number of studies.2.According to the data summary results,among the 359 prescriptions included,212 drugs were used,and the total drug frequency was 5690 times,among which 17 drugs were used more than 100 times,which were arranged in descending order for root-bark of peony,Scutellaria baicalensis,green wormwood,radix bupleuri,oyster,white peony root,rhizoma anemarrhenae,cortex lycii radicis,Radix Rehmanniae Recens,fossil fragments,lily,fructus corni,Fraxinus bungeana,the fruit of Chinese magnoliavine,Gardenia,semen zizyphi spinosae,Astragalus membranaceus.The total frequency of the first 17 single medicines used more than 100 times was 3217 times,which accounted for 56.54% of all drugs.Cold,warm and flat drugs were mainly 3033,1117 and 990 times,respectively,accounting for 55.56%,20.46% and 18.14%,respectively.The use frequency of five tastes was mainly sweet drugs(accounting for 34.45% of the total data),followed by bitter drugs(29.95% of the total data),followed by spicy drugs(19.67%of the total data),and sour drugs,salty drugs and astringent drugs were the last,accounting for 7.37%,4.32% and 4.24% of the total data,respectively.The top 7 drugs are ranked in descending order for liver,kidney,heart,lung,stomach,gallbladder,spleen,accounted for 23.06%,15.36%,12.57%,11.64%,10.73%,9.75% and 9.60%,respectively,accounting for a total of 92.71%.The remaining five are large intestine,small intestine,bladder,pericardial and trifocal meridian,the total proportion accounted for 7.29%.Taking the association rule algorithm as the principle,the number of support degree is 90 and the confidence degree is 0.9,the core drug 15 flavors were calculated,namely,rhizoma anemarrhenae,Radix Rehmanniae Recens,lily,fossil fragments,concha ostreae,the fruit of Chinese magnoliavine,Scutellaria baicalensis,peony bark,Artemisia apiacea,cortex lycii radicis,white peony root,radix bupleuri,Fraxinus bungeana,Gardenia and fructus corni.The correlation,penalty,and result were set to 10,2,and 5,respectively,through complex system entropy clustering,namely:(1)Artemisia apiacea,Scutellaria baicalensis,Fraxinus bungeana,prepared RADIX GLYCYRRHIZAE,Poria cocos,(2)flower of silktree albizzia,the fruit of Chinese magnoliavine,the rhizome of Chinese goldthread,semen zizyphi spinosae,glossy ganoderma;(3)flower of silktree albizzia,the fruit of Chinese magnoliavine,semen zizyphi spinosae,Poria cocos,glossy ganoderma;(4)flower of silktree albizzia,the fruit of Chinese magnoliavine,semen zizyphi spinosae,lily,glossy ganoderma;(5)Semen Cuscutae,cassia twig,Aceranthus sagittatus S.et Z,bark of tree peony root,fructus ligustri lucidi.Conclusion:1.Professor Wang Mingjie used traditional Chinese medicine to treat menopause syndrome(Yin deficiency internal heat syndrome).On the basis of syndrome differentiation and the theory of Xuanfu,he believed that the disease is based on kidney Yin deficiency,and liver and kidney depression is an important pathological link of its onset.Kidney Yin deficiency and deficiency fire,liver,kidney xuanfu depression and then qi is not smooth,qi depression heat fire,so Professor Wang Mingjie advocated from the yu fire,with kidney Yin deficiency,and "nourishing Yin clear heat,open depression and discharge heat" as the starting point of this disease.2.With drug data statistical results,for the treatment of menopause syndrome(Yin deficiency in heat syndrome),professor ming-jie wang choose prescription medicine with liver meridian,kidney and heart meridian,such as peony skin,sweet wormwood,bupleurum,lily and so on,medicine is given priority to with cold medicine,this and professor ming-jie wang think the disease in the liver,kidney xuan fu depression,qi machine so that the etiology of heat fire pathogenesis theory and seek.3.Through data mining technology to professor ming-jie wang experience of diagnosis and treatment of visual display,improve the data show of intuitive and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine experience of modern and scientific,is advantageous to the clinical doctors more intuitive learning old expert experience of diagnosis and treatment,for clinical doctors treat the disease provides a new idea and new direction,better used in clinical work.
