| Postpartum low back pain is a high incidence of postpartum problems, and studies have shown that nearly half of people still have low back pain six months after delivery. There are many causes of postpartum low back pain. Most scholars’ studies show that postpartum low back pain is due to the continuous increase of weight during pregnancy, the change of biological line and the change of the relative position of the pelvis, which increases the pressure of the lumbar spine and bears a large load, resulting in the phenomenon of low back pain.At present, there are few studies on exercise rehabilitation intervention of postpartum low back pain at home and abroad. Therefore, this study observed the indicators of pelvic forward Angle and hip flexibility of postpartum low back pain population, summarized the body characteristics of postpartum low back pain population, and provided reference for its evaluation and rehabilitation treatment. At the same time, the corresponding rehabilitation intervention program was developed for postpartum patients with low back pain. The 8-week rehabilitation intervention was carried out with the method of Pilates exercise training to explore the rehabilitation intervention effect of this program on postpartum women with low back pain,so as to provide theoretical basis for the effective treatment of postpartum low back pain,so as to restore the postures of postpartum patients and reduce the degree of low back pain.Through the method of literature, expert interview, questionnaire survey, experiment and mathematical statistics, this paper selected 34 patients with postpartum low back pain recruited by the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of Xingtai Xindu Central Hospital, and randomly divided the 34 patients into control group(n = 17)and observation group(n =17).The control group received routine knowledge education of low back pain protection, and the experimental group received pilates training based on knowledge education of low back pain protection.Five indexes including low back Pain score(JOA)score,Visual Analog Scale(VAS)score,Oswestry Disability Index score, pelvic forward Angle and hip flexibility were used to evaluate the effectiveness of Pilates training before and 8 weeks after treatment.According to the analysis of the study data, the results were as follows: Before treatment, there were no significant differences in low back pain score(JOA),Visual analogue score(VAS),Oswestry Disability Index score, pelvic forward Angle and hip flexibility in the experimental group(P >0.05).After 8 weeks of treatment, visual analog scale(VAS)scores of the experimental group were significantly decreased(P <0.01);Lower back Pain score(JOA),Visual analogue Scale(VAS),Oswestry Disability Index score, pelvic forward Angle and hip flexibility in the experimental group were significantly increased compared with those before treatment(P <0.01).Conclusion:(1)There are a large number of people with postpartum low back pain, and the causes of postpartum low back pain are many and complex. Most people will have sustained pain for more than three months, which causes great troubles to postpartum women not only physically but also psychologically.(2)The continuous enlargement of the uterus in pregnancy in postpartum patients with low back pain causes changes in the biological force line of the body, resulting in pelvic forward Angle greater than normal value, muscle tension around the waist, limited flexion and extension range of hip joint, and waist dysfunction, which seriously affects daily life.(3)After 8 weeks of Pilates training,it can effectively improve the pelvis forward Angle and hip flexion and extension Angle of postpartum patients with low back pain, form the correct movement pattern, improve the waist dysfunction, effectively reduce the degree of postpartum low back pain, and make life back to normal.Although waist circumference and hip circumference did not achieve significant difference, waist dimension decreased and hip circumference changed little.(4)Postpartum women have poor physique and weak muscle recruitment ability. In the process of Pilates training, supine, prone and four-foot support can better reduce waist pressure, activate core muscles and improve the stability of the pelvis. |
