| With the implementation of three-child policy stated in Decision on Optimization of Childbearing Policy and Promotion of Long-term Balanced Population Growth passed on the meeting of Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the CPC on May 31,2021,the three-child policy has caused controversy immediately.Someone want to have a third child,while others think that they can’t afford a third child and will not have one;such a topic is expanding all the time.What challenges the three-child policy will bring to women? Although childbearing is a process that all women must experience,such a policy will undoubtedly bring not only mental and material pressure,but also greater physical damage to women.Women will not only face the danger of older delivery,but also the pain resulted from pelvic floor dysfunction.Pelvic floor dysfunction has always been an inexpressible disease for women.Although it is not fatal,it will seriously affect the life quality and cause great psychological burden.The most common problems are leakage of urine while coughing,running and jumping,etc.If it is very serious,the health will be affected greatly,such as pelvic organ prolapse,retroversion of uterus,fecal incontinence,etc.In this study,the effect of postpartum pelvic floor muscle recovery was investigated by combining yoga with Pilates.With postpartum women as the experimental object,through the inclusion and exclusion criteria,selected 42 days to postpartum within 6months of women,24~30 years old,singleton,because of different delivery form for pelvic floor function are damage,delivery and can not change the pelvic floor function damage,so the delivery form regardless of delivery form,delivery form,in 42 days of pelvic floor muscle relaxation or urinary incontinence.A total of 59 women were recruited,and the final sample of 40 people was completed.They were divided into three groups: control group,experimental group A and experimental group B.The control group did not perform any exercise other than their daily life.In group A,the commonly used Kegel exercise was used,while in group B,Pilates combined with yoga exercise was used for exercise intervention.A 12-week experimental intervention was conducted through Pilates and yoga,combined with literature analysis,mathematical statistics,questionnaire survey and other research methods for comparison and study.The specific research contents are as follows:Practice test:(1)through the data comparison of the self-questionnaire(ICI-QSF)in the control group,experiment group A and experiment group B:number of urine leakage,quantity of urine leakage and influence on living,P<0.01 has a significant difference.It means the combination of Pilates and yoga has a significant effect on recovery of pelvic floor muscle and can reduce the conditions of postpartum urine leakage,organs prolapse,etc.It will not produce any burdens on life but improve mood of women.(2)According to the internal and external muscle strength test data of three groups,P<0.01 has a significant difference.It means the combination of Pilates and yoga has a significant effect on recovery of pelvic floor muscle tension and can improve women’s pelvic floor function,reduce the occurrence of vaginal relaxation and improve the harmonious degree of sexual life.At the same time,through finger muscle strength test,women can know the location of pelvic floor muscle more clearly,which is helpful for recovery.(3)According to the comparison of data in pelvic floor muscle electrical report,although there is no significance difference between pre resting and post resting,we can see that the group receiving sports intervention is improved slightly,the control group has no significant improvement,while Kegel group becomes worse.For rapid contraction,continuous contraction and endurance contraction,there is no significant difference for P<0.01.Therefore,it can be proved that the combination of Pilates and yoga has significant effect on pelvic floor muscle recovery of women after delivery.Conclusion:(1)The combination of Pilates and yoga can improve the pelvic floor muscle strength,improve and prevent urinary incontinence,organs prolapse and other conditions.(2)Long-term practice of combining Pilates with yoga can improve the pelvic floor muscle tension and enable the pelvic floor muscle to be elastic again.(3)The integrative practicing of combing Pilates with yoga can correct the posture,reduce fat and shape the body at the same time of pelvic floor muscle recovery.Suggestions:(1)Enhance the publicity and promotion of pelvic floor dysfunction.(2)Optimize the pelvic floor rehabilitation way.(3)Keep practicing from preparing for pregnancy.(4)Course design and optimization.Develop a personalized practicing plan.(5)Optimize the integration model of combining Pilates with yoga. |
