Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of biomimetic electrical techniques in the treatment of pelvic floor dysfunction in postpartum women and to explore the clinical efficacy of the biomimetic electrical techniques in the treatment of pelvic-abdominal dynamic changes in postpartum women.Provide theoretical support for non-surgical treatment and prevention of pelvic floor dysfunction. Methods: A total of 133 postpartum patients with pelvic floor dysfunction admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to December 2017 were selected as the research objects.According to the principle of randomized control, the patients were divided into control group, observation group, control group,66 cases and observation group 67 cases. The control group received self-Kegel training and the observation group received bioelectrical stimulation combined with Kegel training. The two groups of patients were induced by induction test, bladder neck elevation test,1h urine pad test, diary diarrhea record,POP-Q score, urodynamics test, pelvic floor muscle evaluation, and fill out a summary of urinary incontinence questionnaire,Simple questionnaire, quality of life questionnaire to understand the patient’s urinary incontinence, pelvic floor muscle strength, quality of life impact and sexual function, and after 3 months of treatment of patients were followed up,the patient pelvic floor muscle test,Comparing the clinical treatment effect of two groups of patients.Results:1.Before treatment, the resting state EMG,maximum contractile force, continuous contractile force, coordination, the maximum urinary flow rate and other indicators of pelvic muscle function by statistical tests showed no significant difference(P>0.05).After treatment, the pelvic floor muscles at rest state EMG decreased significantly, the maximum flow rate, maximum pelvic floor contractility, sustained contractility, coordination improved significantly,P <0.05,intra-group difference was statistically significant. After treatment, pelvic floor muscle function index of two groups were compared between groups,P <0.05,the difference was statistically significant.2.There was no significant difference in PFIQ-7 score,PISQ-12 score and ICI-Q-SF score between the two groups before treatment(P> 0.05).After treatment, the score of PFIQ-7 and the score of ICI-Q-SF decreased significantly,PISQ-12 score increased significantly, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(all P <0.05).The comparison between groups showed that the difference was statistically significant Significance(P <0.05).3.In the aspect of clinical curative effect, the total effective rate of observation group was 95.52%,while that of control group was 80.30%.By statistical test,P <0.05,the difference was statistically significant. Conclusions:Bionomic electro-stimulation combined with Kegel training has a good effect on postpartum pelvic function recovery, which is significantly better than kegel training. It is worthy of popularization and application in clinical treatment of mild to moderate pelvic floor dysfunction.
