| Objective:Through clinical observation,assess the efficacy of San Shen Fu Zheng Decoction in the treatment of cancer-related fatigue of spleen-qi deficiency type after chemotherapy for intestinal cancer.Methods:A total of 72 patients with CRF of deficiency of spleen-Qi after i ntestinal cancer chemotherapy who met the inclusion criteria were colle cted and randomly divided into two groups,36 cases in each group.T he control group was given basic treatment(health education,psycholo gical intervention,nutritional support and exercise guidance),and the tr eatment group was given Sanshen Fuzheng Prescription traditional Chin ese medicine granule preparation on the basis of the control group.Th e two groups of patients were treated continuously for 4 weeks,and t he curative effect indicators(PFS-R score,KPS score,TCM syndrome curative effect score,related immune indicators),to evaluate the clinic al efficacy of Sanshen Fuzheng Prescription.At last,the data were stat istically processed by SPSS26.0 software.Results:1.During this study,there was one dropout case in both the treatment group and the control group,resulting in 35 patients in each group.2.Before treatment,there was no statistical difference(P>0.05)in the general conditions(gender,age,tumor stage and treatment history),curative effect indicators of the two groups of patients(P>0.05),and the two groups were comparable.3.PFS-R score:(1)In the treatment group,the behavioral,emotional,physical,and cognitive fatigue scores were all decreased compared with those before treatment(P<0.05).While the control group only scored lower in physical and emotional fatigue compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),but there was no significant change in behavior and cognitive fatigue(P>0.05);The total score of RPFS in both groups was lower than that before treatment(P<0.05).(2)The total score and scores of each dimension in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).4.KPS score:(1)The physical strength of the treatment group significantly improved before and after treatment(P<0.01);the physical strength of the control group had no significant improvement before and after treatment(P>0.05).(2)The improvement of physical strength in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.01).5.TCM syndrome scores:(1)TCM syndrome scores of both groups decreased compared with those before treatment(P<0.05).(2)The TCM syndrome score of the treatment group decreased more significantly than that of the control group(P<0.01),and the curative effect evaluation of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.01).6.T lymphocyte subsets:(1)The values of CD3~+,CD4~+,CD4~+/CD8~+in the treatment group increased compared with those before treatment,and the values of CD8~+decreased compared with those before treatment(P<0.05).There was no significant change(P>0.05).(2)Compared with the control group,the values of CD3~+,CD4~+,and CD4~+/CD8~+in the treatment group increased significantly,while the values of CD8~+decreased compared with the control group(P<0.05).7.Safety indicators:During the course of this clinical study,no allergic reaction or gastrointestinal reaction occurred in the two groups of patients;the results of liver and kidney function before and after treatment were all within the normal range.Conclusions:San Shen Fu Zheng Prescription has shown good clinical effect in the treatment of colorectal cancer after chemotherapy CRF,and effect ively improved the patient’s PFS-R score,KPS score,TCM syndrome scores and immune-related indicators.No obvious adverse reactions,go od safety,improve the quality of life of patients,it is worthy of furth er promotion and clinical application. |
