Clinical Study Of Jianpi Fuzheng Decoction In Treating Fatigue Caused By Cancer Of Gastric Cancer With Spleen Qi Deficiency

Objective: By observing the clinical effect of Jianpi Fuzheng Decoction on patients with gastric cancer caused fatigue due to Spleen Qi deficiency,the mechanism of action of jianpi Fuzheng Decoction was explored,so as to accumulate clinical data for TCM treatment of gastric cancer caused fatigue.Methods: 60 patients were selected and randomly divided into observation group(basic treatment and Jianpi Fuzheng Decoction)and control group(basic treatment),30 patients in each group.For 4 weeks after treatment,compared two groups of TCM syndrome before and after the treatment,the cancer fatigue scale(CFS),T lymphocyte subgroup,the Karnofsky performance score(KPS),observe safety indicators,to assess the clinical curative effect and safety.Result:(1)TCM syndrome integral aspects: observation group in improving food less,stay,body tired weakness,food after abdominal distension and abnormal defecate,limb edema,tastelessness not thirsty these symptoms is better than that in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the observation group of TCM syndrome score was lower than those of control group(P<0.05).In the total effective rate of TCM syndromes after treatment,the observation group was better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant.(2)CFS score: The CFS score of the observation group was(36.93±3.27)points before treatment,and(28.37±3.02)points after treatment,while that of the control group was(36.60±4.06)points before treatment,and(33.40±2.64)points after treatment.It can be seen that the improvement effect of CFS score of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.01).(3)T lymphocyte subsets:Observation group contrast before and after the treatment,after treatment of CD3+ cells and CD4+cells and CD4+/CD8+ higher than before treatment(P<0.05),and CD8+ cells from the previous decrease(P>0.05).Observation group compared with control group,after treatment,the former CD3+ cells and CD4+ cells and CD4+/CD8+ value higher than the latter(P<0.05).(4)the Karnofsky performance score: observation group in improving physical aspects,curative effect is better than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: Jianpi Fuzheng Soup can reduce the patients’ TCM syndrome integral,alleviate patients’ overall level of fatigue,improve the patient’s immune function and improve patients’ physical condition.Jianpi Fuzheng Decoction has good safety.
