Emotional Disorders Teenagers Father,the Relationship Between Peer Relationship With NSSI And Human Intervention The Requirements

Objective:Not suicidal self-injury behavior(NSSI)is considered to be a widespread and growing public health events,especially among teenagers.In order to better protect children and promote the healthy happy growth of teenagers,this study from the external factors to study the relationship between father and peer relations and adolescent NSSI,NSSI teenagers are semi-structured interviews,explore NSSI teenagers to reduce demand and expectation of the behavior.Methods:This research mainly consists of two parts:the one:to explore the clinic father,peer relationship and emotional disorders teenagers NSSI relationship.Research object:since 2021.6.1-in Beijing Hui long guan hospital 2022.7.20 emotional disorders on teens aged 12 to 18,178 people,with NSSI group of 105 people,has no NSSI group of 73 people.Research tools:using the self-made general data questionnaire,suicide self-injury behavior questionnaire,father questionnaire,mother and child intimacy scale and peer relations questionnaire data receipt.Statistical methods:Using SPSS25.0 for description and analysis of data,PearsonX~2 test and t test is used to compare the demographic characteristics and various scale score and the unadjusted NSSI relationship between(Y/N).Using multiariable logistic regression analysis to investigate the father,peer relationship and the relationship between NSSI.At the same time,the control of variable to compute the adjusted odds ratio(a OR)and 95%confidence interval(95%CI).Study 2:emotional disorders NSSI youth human intervention needs to explore.Interview object:extraction research a NSSI set 12 emotional disorders teenagers qualitative interviews.Interview:semi-structured interviews,interview to theory gradually saturated.Interview outline:1.In what circumstances would have hurt their behavior?2.What circumstance self-injury behavior will be relatively less?3.The relationship with dad?Dad know you hurt yourself?What’s the difference between before and after dad know you hurt yourself?4.And your classmates?Friends and schoolmates have hurt their behavior?5.What do you think dad or friends around for you to do something will help reduce place(X~2=11.99,P<0.001),Number of close friends(X~2=15.85,P<0.001),Whether the one-child(X~2=18.65,P<0.001),The history of NSSI(X~2=132.10,P<0.001),differences have statistical significance.2.NSSI group and the control group was my father’s education(X~2=27.90,P<0.001),History of close relatives self-injury(X~2=11.39,P=0.001),Father and son relationship dimension(t=3.79,P<0.001)Fear and fellow inferiority subscales(t=-3.96,P<0.001)were statistical significance.3.NSSI history(OR=3.77.26,95%CI:69.87 2037.09,p<0.001),only children(OR=3.72,95%CI:0.86 16.16,p<0.05)and father(OR=1.17,95%CI:1.02 1.35,p<0.05)are independent risk factors of NSSI.4.Good parents relationship(OR=0.91,95%CI:0.84-0.98,p<0.05)is protective factor outpatient NSSI emotional disorders teenagers,parents relationship good emotional disorders teenagers NSSI.Study 2:Emotional disorders NSSI youth human intervention needs to explore four themes are obtained.Topic 1:emotional obstacle factors of NSSI teenagers take place.Proximal factors:seizures,urgent,negative life events,academic pressures;Distal factors:strong disease shame,pessimistic attitude toward life,coping skills and daily environment support is insufficient.Topic 2:the function of the emotional disorders teenagers NSSI.Mainly appears as emotion,punish oneself,to solve the problem,the suicide and attract attention.Topic 3:emotional disorders after teenagers NSSI father and son/female relationships better,peer relations still;Change will bring emotional disorders teenagers discomfort,stress,happy feeling,and guilt.Topic 4:NSSI reducing measures.Interpersonal level,family environment,self-injury tools,giving care and comfortable environment and the dynamics of idols:the individual level,increase the positive experience,jump out of the plight of thinking,improve sense of value.Conclusion:1.Emotional disorders NSSI teenagers more one-child;Fewer close friends;Women with NSSI is four times that of men;93.3%of them have a history of NSSI.2.Emotional disorders NSSI teenagers father degree is high,has a history of close relatives NSSI,parent-child relationships below NSSI teenagers,and peer interaction fear is obvious.3.NSSI experience an only child,always have,father and son relationship is bad and is influenced by his father a big emotional obstacles teenagers are more likely to have NSSI,parents relationship good emotional disorders teenagers NSSI.4.The function of the emotional disorders teenagers NSSI has to show emotion,punish oneself,to solve the problem,the suicide and attract attention.5.Emotional disorders NSSI teenagers would like to have a harmonious family environment,at least can normal communication between the parents;Dad,companion,or others to limit damage tools;When mood swings family and peer can timely detection and to give love;Positive attention icon around the dynamic,etc.But the emotional disorders NSSI teenagers expect the overall demand for human intervention is less than
