| Based on the in-depth understanding and summary of the domestic and foreign researches on adolescent self injury behavior,taking six adolescent(including junior,high school students and college students)who have self injury behavior as the research participants,using the small sample and multi baseline research method to verify the effectiveness of the Meta-cognitive Intervention Technique on adolescent self injury behavior intervention,and to study the influence from the perspective of the whole The psychological mechanism of adolescent self injury behavior,the key factors of intervention,improve the emotion regulation ability of participants,and provide technical reference for clinical intervention of adolescent self injury behavior.Six adolescents were selected and identified by using adolescent self injury questionnaire,and the subjects determined by the questionnaire were psychologically intervened by using the Meta-cognitive Intervention Technique.A small sample and multi baseline research method was used to compare the changes of target behavior indexes before and after the same intervention,as well as the the changes of the Difficultiesin Emotion Regulation Scale(DERS)and Toronto Alexithymia Scale(TAS-20)scores were measured before and after,In order to verify the effectiveness of the Meta-cognitive Intervention Technique on adolescents’ self injury behavior.At the end of the formal intervention,the total scores of the six participants’ the Difficultiesin Emotion Regulation Scale(DERS)and Toronto Alexithymia Scale(TAS-20)were significantly improved,and the scores of Intensity of emotional experience in the target behavioral indicators of the six participants changed significantly.Return visit in three months later,no relapse was found in the six participants.Finally,we draw the following conclusions: the Meta-cognitive Intervention Technique can reduce the self injury behavior of adolescents in a short period of time,and the effect is stable.Based on the accurate recognition of the subconscious conditioned emotional reaction,the psychological mechanism of self injury behavior can be systematically diagnosed,and the self injury behavior can be eliminated essentially by cultivating meta-cognitive strategies,improving the emotional regulation ability of teenagers and establishing the personality excellence concept. |
