| The development of knowledge economy has been so vigorous that human resources have become the primary means of fostering the growth of all types of businesses.Especially for hospitals,internal human resources play a key role in their future development and competitiveness.The novel coronavirus epidemic of recent years,coupled with the ongoing reform of China’s medical and health system,has created a more and more tense market atmosphere for hospitals.In order to compete effectively in such a market environment,they should constantly enhance their human resources,and effective recruitment and selection of suitable talents is an important link for hospitals to obtain human resources.As a growing specialized ophthalmic hospital,YH Eye Hospital cannot compare with large public general hospitals in terms of popularity or scale of development,which will affect the recruitment effect of the hospital to a certain extent.Due to the influence of traditional management concepts,the hospital’s internal senior managers lack of attention to human resource management,the hospital’s internal human resource management remains superficial,personnel recruitment management lacks effective planning and scientific guidance,recruitment work is blind,unable to coordinate with the development strategy of the hospital.Based on the reform of medical and health system,in order to promote the healthy and sustainable development of hospitals,hospitals must pay attention to the recruitment management,and actively explore and improve the recruitment management to absorb outstanding talents.Taking YH Eye Hospital as the research object,the thesis summarizes the theoretical basis of this study by referring to relevant literature theories of recruitment management at home and abroad.Through the data statistical method of the hospital human resources related data collated and analyzed,grasp the current situation of the hospital personnel.By means of an interview and questionnaire,the pertinent data regarding the hospital’s recruitment management status was gathered to serve as a foundation for the subsequent diagnosis.Through the diagnosis,it is found that the recruitment management of YH Eye Hospital mainly has the following problems: the recruitment is lack of planning and the work analysis is not comprehensive;In the process of recruitment implementation,the effectiveness of recruitment channels is poor,the selection method of recruitment is unscientific,and the recruitment work evaluation is lack of systematic evaluation.Based on this,combined with the domestic and foreign scholars’ research results and related theoretical research to analyze the main causes of these problems.The thesis proposes targeted improvement measures to optimize the existing recruitment management,taking into account the three stages of recruitment management:planning,implementation,and evaluation.To guarantee the successful implementation and efficacy of these programs,it also proposes a series of safeguard measures. |
