Since the reform and opening up,China’s economy,science and technology have developed rapidly,the society has been making progress,and our business environment is also changing.The vagaries of the business environment also bring new challenges to the human resource management of enterprises.As the basic work of human resource management,"recruitment management" is always facing reform and innovation.Enterprises need talents to support their survival and sustainable development.Recruitment management has become the most important human resource management topic.This paper takes C private clinic as the research object and puts forward a plan to optimize the recruitment system in view of the recruitment problems encountered in the start-up stage.Firstly,this paper reviews the literature on recruitment management at home and abroad,introduces the concept,process,channels and mature theories of recruitment,and lays a foundation for subsequent research.Secondly,from the operation status,organizational structure and human resource management status of C private clinic,through questionnaires and employee interviews,the recruitment problems are summarized,and the causes are analyzed in depth.They are as follows: lack of recruitment demand analysis leads to the random increase and decrease of personnel;the shortage of talents in the industry leads to long recruitment cycle;unclear job ability requirements lead to inconsistent interview and selection standards;lack of assessment ability of interviewers leads to unprofessional interviewers.Thirdly,as for the crux of the recruitment system of C clinic,the optimization scheme is proposed: the recruitment system of clinic C is optimized by strengthening and improving the recruitment demand analysis,talent reserve construction,talent selection criteria and the ability of interviewers.Finally,the optimization of the recruitment system need be executed by the enterprise culture,training and development,information system.It is hoped that the research results of this paper can promote the recruitment management of C clinc,help the development of human resources in the clinic,and finally promote the vigorous development of the clinic.At the same time,it can also provide reference information for enterprises similar to C clinc.
